- Some rooms are quite old with old furniture and beds which need to be changed, we changed the room into the main building of the hotel and it was quite nice. - for Muslims, you need to be carful in the buffet and ensure the food does not contain pork.

The property is clean and the staff are very nice and cooperative. The location is good and the outside gardens are gorgeous The beach is 3 minutes walk and is very clean and calm.

Better coffee, those machines can be pretty awful, didn’t see any tea, may have missed it. Food was very similar for lunch and evening most days for 13 nights.

Food Could have been warmer, I used the microwave a lot and had to often hunt out a warm plate. Wine always needs to be as cold as possible. Hand cooked omelette was good.

When we arrived they did not have a record of our reservation, so we had a to wait a long time to check in. Some of the facilities (like the empty outdoor pool with the giant slide), were not available, perhaps due to the season.

We enjoyed the food from the buffet in the dining hall. We used some of the facilities (indoor pool and playground).

I dont do reviews but i was compelled to write a review here.... To start American coffee here...No as well as there was no "American food" at all for tourist here. Very dissapointed in this area as this is a touristic country but not any of the good back home comfort food thats a "staple in America" So this was to say the least a little confusing. My stay was well over a month in this country so i assumed being alot of Americans come here to visit there would be nothing to worry about and more to choose from . I stayed hungry often and started eating natural fruits. I lost around 8 pounds when i didnt need to. This being said i could not give a good rating. I could go on and on also about the hospitality, courteousness which was not at all pleasant but i feel i made my point. 👍

Cons The bathrooms don't have functioning exhaust fans so if you have a shower it steams up really quick making it humid and hard to use again until the steam clears out - No complimentary showe gels, shampoo - sometimes the smallest touches have the biggest impact - No iron in the room we had to ask for one at reception and were told there is only 3in the whole hotel so we need to return after we had used it. No ironing board either - There are no safes in the room itself they only down at main reception which make you doubt the reason for having that setup, we did not use the safe boxes in reception and kept our passports and money with us. - English language a barrier as majority of staff only speak Arabic or French - Not easy to get a sunbed, you had to be there early if you wanted to get a good spot.

Pros - Level of cleaniness and hygiene is good, the cleaning team came around every mornning to change towels, bed sheets etc. -We eventually got a good size room. At first we were shown a very dated and old room that needed some attention. After complaining at reception we were told we could swap room the next morning. In the morning the reception manager showed us slightly more modern room that we were happy with. -For all inclusive the food was great and there was a something different each day however there could have been a better selection of fruits and salads which seemed to repeat each day and were often left overs from the day prior. - Drinks all inclusive too but the fruit juices at breakfast/lunch were not fresh and had a lot of sugar syrup - personal preference but something to be aware of - 3 different restaurants between the main and sister hotel -includinf a a la carte option. During the day the beach bar and cafe served meals and snacks making it convenient for those wanting to stay on the beach/by the pools - Guest relations Manager Coco is excellent and really attends to your needs to ensure you are happy

We loved everything - the hotel was very nice, plenty of choice for our meals and live entertainment every evening. The kids loved the pool and had great fun whilst they were here. The fact it was a family hotel also made it the ambiance better.

Communication about activities, where to eat and where things are located could be improved. There is a board but it's not very clearly detailed and can be easily missed. Make sure to ask reception for all the details The hotel is great for families with slightly older children due to its location and needing 30+ mins to explore outside of the hotel. We loved it though our child is 3 because we planned to specifically stay put and for a week, we were sufficiently busy

Staff were fantastic, they couldn't be more welcoming, friendly and try to help as much as they can with the facilities they have. Lots for families to do, a good blend of peace and relaxation Vs. entertainment by the pool and the mini disco each night is loved by younger children Food varies each sufficiently each night and the hotel offers 5 meals a day which is ample There are always sunbeds available even on a crowded day, staff never complain about helping so do ask! Please tip, the staff really deserve it (average 10 dinar a day per individual helping Standout individuals - Safia from the cleaning department who went above and beyond to make our room tidy - Khalil in the restaurant who always had a table ready for us each lunch time - Djo, Marco, Mido, Krouch that had both adults and children laughing and entertained throughout the day

Wifi didn’t work at all. Beer was warm —> avoid the bar at the beach. Watch out for the vegetarian corner: some of the food had meat. It’s a 15 minute drive to Sousse medina. Bare this is mind in case you are looking for proximity to the city center.

The room was very spacious and comfortable, it was clean. Installations overall were nice, pool, food, private beach. Staff very friendly :))
