The air conditioning was broken during our first night and when fixed kept cutting out so we woke up sweating which made for an uncomfortable nights sleep. The towels also look very old and could do with replacing.

The hotel, facilities and food are excellent value for money. The staff are friendly and the pool area is very clean and relaxing. The rooms are large and the beds are comfortable with plenty of pillows. The food was also very good and varied over the 5 days we stayed.

cleanliness in on very low level. In the bathroom were some hairs, also the bath and door should be changed years ago, it definitely need proper refurbishment. Staff is very kind, they have some animators that always try to interact with guests, which sometimes leads to situation of bothering, definitely is not professional such kind of approach. WIFI in the room was very weak. Always is noisy around pool, playing loud music all the day. Not a place to have a choice of entertainment orjust chill out.

I staid 3 nights, basically the hotel is fine for few days stay, nice beach and pool. The food was good, always offer some local dishes. Staff is very kind, they have some animators that always try to interact with guests, which sometimes leads to situation of bothering, definitely is not professional such kind of approach.

Our bathroom flooded every time we took a shower. In general, the facilities are not well maintained. Worst sunbeds on the beach I have ever seen.

The staff is kind only if you tip them constantly. Only the animation team works without tip. The reception changes money with a very bad exchange rate. All the installations are falling apart. Drinks and especially wine are not drinkable.

Nice beach. The food was OK, sometimes a bit bland and repetitive. The bed was not that bad, which is OK for Tunisia.

The hotel can use a bit of an upgrade. It would be a bonus if they had waiters at the beach to serve you.

No mini bar , 2 nights without TV , food menu not that good nor many choices are offered . Animation team did not talk or react with us during the night shows because we are not « europeen ».

I had to wait more than 2 hours to check in, I arrived already late around 05pm, and they give me the key, at 7pm, no AC in most of the hotel, power cuts, electricity not stable. wifi is not working in the rooms, only good connection at the reception.

There is no wifi in the rooms. Buffet is not quite as expected. Pictures in the internet are way different than reality.

No bottled water in the morning. You have to wait for the beach bar to open maybe at 10 maybe at 11:30.

The staff was so rude especially at the reception there is a guy there was so rude and he was shouting he even left his desk when I was talking to his manager and came shouting and rising his voice, not wearing a badge and refusing to give his name. Room was so dirty with a very bad smell

The poor quality of the food like honey, cheese and sausages not matching a 4 stars hotel. There was a very bad smell in the balcony of our room and in our toilets. Overall the hotel facilities and equipments is worth 3 Stars and not 4!!

The food wasn't the best one I ate in Djerba hotels but was ok overall besides the "honey" served In the breakfast (more like sugar) also the cheese and sausages (very bad quality). The stuff was very friendly and welcoming. The location is ideal as it's located in Djerba Midoun. Definitely recommend if you are looking for small budget hotel but if willing to spend more please go to somewhere else.

I was highly disappointed. The lack of air conditioning in the restaurant made dining in the 48°C temperature unbearable. The food was tasteless, with no fresh juice options. absence of readily available fresh water . The pool was also dirty and poorly maintained. Overall, this hotel fell short of expectations, and I cannot recommend it
