The wifi is iffy in the bedrooms...poor connections.

Room was clean and large. The food was amazing and lots of variety. Plenty of vegetable dishes, salads, and fruits for those who don't eat meats. It was all well prepared and presented. Staff were very kind and helpful. Loved our stay here.

There were lots of ants Mini disco started after 20:30 (and I might add never on time) and was very short like 20minuted. After that there was music, which was inappropriate for kids for the kids to dance. They might as well just leave the kids music on, the kids were entertaining themselves anyway. It was very annoying that the person responsible for the spa made tours around the poolside to acquire guests, this left a bad impression. Kids entertainment (during the day) was basically none, there were colors and paper and broken toys. Not very inviting. There is a playground but too but that there is no shadow for the kids to play, in addition in might make sense to put some lights there so that the kids can play in the evening. The coffee is very bad, the hotel could invest in a big filtercoffe-machine.

Food was in such variety, it was almost overwhelming at first. Quite uneven in terms of quality. Good stuff and then not so good. The vegan options at breakfast were quite sad. The milks were powders that had been mixed with water where you could see the different layers. Nowhere to heat it up. Vegan yogurts would have been nice too. The selection of drinks was quite disappointing too. We stayed 1 week, and it is only the last morning that we could find black tea bags. It was all not very good. The juices were also rather on the low. A part from that, staff was lovely overall, premises really nice. I would have loved a double bed though instead of those 2 beds pushed together. Also we heard about the kids disco from another mum at the playground. It is something we would have loved to hear from the hotel at reception when we arrived.

Wonderful place for a holiday with children! Great swimming pools, access to the lovely sandy beach, clean and easy, kids disco in the evening that our 2 years old loved. Playground a bit outdated but perfectly good to use. Large choice of food. Liked the fact that there were vegan and vegetarian options. Liked the choice of toiletries that were organic and eco friendly :)

The hotel claimed not to have received our booking from Bookings.com and kept us waiting, with a sweet welcome drink, for nearly an hour. They then held our passports, subject to confirmation, while allowing us to proceed to a room. The air conditioning in the room kept heating up, despite being set to 22°c (reaching 27° in the late evenings, when we had to switch it off). The WiFi was likewise broken, most often being connected without internet access and when connected, labouring at 0.5mbps download (barely sufficient for online services or to effectively use the Iberostar app). Complaints to reception directly and in writing produced no solution. You should also be aware that Sea Views, for which you will pay a premium are merely glimpses... over pool, gardens and playing fields (see photo below).

A well maintained property likely to be better value in summer, when the pools are more useful. Otherwise good facilities and activities close to a long beach allowing enjoyable walks on the sand. Staff were generally pleasant and polite.

The temperature of the shower would continually swing from hot to cold and back to hot again. Very frustrating. The shower didn't appear to have shower gel - seemed that there was no soap. We later understood that the shower gel was just mislabeled as shampoo...

The food was delicious, varied and fresh. Loved the beds! Very comfortable and we slept well.
