Best plan in Hammamet, a luxurious hotel, very professional staff, very varied and delicious restaurant (Bravo to Mr SABER for managing the bars and restaurants), very well equipped rooms, high standard and above all very clean, a beautiful beach to enjoy his stay, outdoor pool very well equipped, it deserves by far its 5 ***** a special thank you to Mr Khaled for his welcome, the right person at the right job. The only negative if you can call it negative is always being asked if we would like to go on excursions from external people in the hotel. My family and I would personally like that excursions are offered by the hotel directly.

From arrival at the hotel to departure, all expectations were met. Pure relaxation! The complex offers something for everyone. Mohammad & Sassi in service were just great! But overall the whole team was great! The good housekeeping is also worth mentioning. Every wish was fulfilled, in a discreet manner. Tunisia is worth travelling to.

WiFi wasn’t that great especially in restaurant areas you couldn’t connect. Perhaps they can add more alcohol free options as part of the all inclusive on their bar menus e.g. Mojitos etc as those are separate charges.

Staff were amazing and really welcomed us. They helped us in every way possible throughout our stay. The hotel was amazing and food options were nice. Khaled and his team really go the extra mile.

Areas that could be improved: - food buffet: lack of variety, especially for desert section were the same everyday, quality was average, not much fruits (only apples, oranges and dates) - spa : old and treatments were average, prices were expensive for the country - kids playground: only one very basic toboggan, considering the huge space, more equipment could be added - pools : we didn't use because the weather didn't permit but thought that more kids friendly equipment and toboggans could be added - linen and terry : very old and worn - rooms : no smart TV, beware that in bungalows the sofa bed is not a real mattress (so not very comfortable for adults and long stay) - beware of the camel ride on the beach, it's a real scam - organised with the complicity of the resort beach boy

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here, Mr Khaled and his team were brilliant hosts that were very accommodating going the extra mile to ensure our stay at the mirage was as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. The food was great and diverse meaning that there was something for everyone. We really enjoyed the entertainment at the property such as the theatre shows. The staff and waiters were fantastic, attentive and extremely friendly. The service provided by the hotel is second to none! An outstanding location as the property is located on the beach front with a brilliant view. There is plenty of entertainment options for the whole family, and the hotel has a beautiful and spacious atmosphere with a gorgeous swimming pool. Definitely would love to come back here, a real hidden gem.

Wifi was terrible. Location of our room was good Because it was close to restaurant and reception but it was above bar and it was noisy and we was with a child so She couldnt sleep.

We was welcomed by several persons. Very warm welcome, they sitted us in lounge and we was served drinks while check in is done. They upgraded our room for same price and we got first night dinner for free. Breakfast and dinner were exeptional with huge choice of food. Resort is nice,unfortunately without interior pool.

Everything was truly perfect. As other guests have already mentioned, the breakfast is exceptional and other meals are very good. Most importantly, ALL staff members were extremely polite, cheerful, and available, especially Khaled who was outstandingly kind and polite. I will definitely be visiting again very soon.

The Mirage is the best quality/price ratio in Hammamet: the villas are spacious, well furnished and we enjoyed a common closed garden with our friends. Khaled is an amazing hospitality manager, always ready and available to respond to all requests from a birthday cake to flowers and more!

Beautiful and fancy resort, i had the most smoothest check in ever special thanks to Mr.Khaled he was very polite and helpful during our stay also shadlia at reception as she as helpful as possible..we stayed at family suite which was very big and clean with very nice view over the pools and Sea the food was great .very nice and helpful staff.. Always a plesure coming to this hotel. Nice staff, good food and entertainment. The rooms are cozy and clean. Everyday the rooms get cleaned with fresh linnen. Its the 4 time now i came back to the hotel and i wanna say thnks for all the staff mr khaled mr mohamed ,to Ziad for patiently teaching me how to play tennis all the other staff .

We have stayed at this hotel many times, during different seasons and are equally satisfied every time. We have always chosen to spend our stay in one of their bungalows which are very clean, modern and nicely decorated. The whole team is amazing but an extra big plus to Mr. Khaled who is absolutely amazing, the management must be very grateful to have such a great coworker who takes care of the guests in a very professional way. He makes guests feel so welcome which makes you want to return to Hotel Mirage again and again.

The cold swimming pools but i still used them as they were beautiful and the weather was so hot. After my first experience in the other Hotel, I wanted to take full advantage of all the facilities available at The Mirage Hotel and spa.

Beautiful hotel, I stayed in the bungalows which were amazing, warm, cozy, cleaned daily, tv, aircon, safe, fridge and kettle. I was Welcomed with a fruit platter in the room on arrival. The staff were very Welcoming. Fun entertainment through the day and evening. Clean environment. Numerous swimming pools. Many options of food at the buffet for breakfast and dinner, also lunch. Good WiFi connection. The beach was beautiful and part of the resort. You can book excursion and they have a small shop selling most things you need. Cash machine on site. Tunisia is quite cheap, you can get a taxi to the Marina for 10 Dinas. I ended up at this hotel due to the 1st one I had booked being an actual refugee camp for Palestinians- no one spoke English and was very dirty. They didn't provide breakfast on a morning due to THEM fasting, they had also put the pool out of use in 30c heat (Les Pyramides Hotel and spa). As a solo traveller this was very traumatic & frightening experience for me, having The Mirage Hotel welcome me and provide excellent service was a blessing and I am so grateful! Please book The Mirage Resort and Spa! You will not regret it.
