We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

RomaniaThe doors to the rooms do not have rubber seals to silence them when they close, so there is a lot of noise from the hallways when people from the neighboring rooms close their doors. The windows are not well insulated as well so a lot of noise from the outside comes into the room at night.
The hotel is brand new, looks really nice and it's very tastefully decorated. The breakfast is great and the location is amazing, within a 10 minute walk to the main street of Sidi Bou Said.

GermanyStreet dogs were heavily barking in the night. It wasn’t unfortunately easy for us to have a good deep sleep.
Newly opened hotel. It’s very beautifully decorated and rooms have a modern style. You have a free access to the kitchen and indoor pool. The indoor poor is very small and spa was defect, however, you should not have a high expectation to have a big nice spa.

Fabulous hotel, can’t recommend it highly enough. Facilities are great, breakfast is amazing quality and with lots of options. The pools and spa are such a bonus, and having access to the kitchen if you need it is a lovely touch. Best of all is the staff - so kind and helpful and happy to go above and beyond. I’d definitely go back again.

The location is very convenient when you plan to visit the arcgeological sites of carthage (ca 30min by foot) or the medina of Sidi Bou Saïd (ca. 10 min by foot). After visiting the sites, don't forget to try the indoor pool and Hammam. We enjoyed the time here so much, especially the amazing breakfast

The location was great, near to all the shops and restaurants. Fantastic view from the rooftop, our room was really nice and modern as was all the villa. The staff were very friendly and helpful, the guy that prepared the breakfast always made sure I had milk for my English tea 😊 and his breakfasts were very nice and plentiful. Would recommend the villa 100%
