We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

Greecewifi is available only indoors they upgraded us to a pool room but we couldn’t enjoy the terrace due to lack of signal, the same as well as the terrace of the bar They have to invest on the wifi when they push you to do all the activities through their app

United StatesPaid for service with the daybed rental and my service person only visited my cabana twice for the whole day. Not a major issue but I would have preferred they were more attentive for the additional cost.
As soon as I arrived, the staff made me feel very welcomed and everyone was kind and helpful, especially the receptionist Sabri. My room was cleaned every day and the private beach was a nice bonus.

The buffet was very nice. Among the pools, especially the relaxation pool is very beautiful. The employees are very courteous and friendly. Everything was great thank you.

United StatesI didn't like the outdoor smoking. It was so bad that we couldn't eat outside at the restaurant, have cocktails outside or sit by the pool. We found chairs at the beach where the wind generally blew the smoke away. I recommend that the hotel create non-smoking sections (upwind please) at all locations. Also, based on the photo on the booking page,  I expected a full ocean view. As you can see from the picture I uploaded, it was only partial. The hotel was built for pool views and only 4 rooms have full view.
The staff is amazing. Everyone was kind and thoughtful. When I needed something shown to me, they stopped what they were doing and walked me to the item I sought.

The rooms were large and spacious, the facilities were amazing and there were tonnes of activities at the resort to do. Food was also great! Would definitely recommend , it's a great place for rest and relaxation

NetherlandsThe WiFi in our room didn't work the first couple nights - which was tricky as we had a bit of work to do. The technician came and fixed it for the remaining nights however.
The staff were wonderful - they were happy and eager to help, genuinely interested in our wellbeing and stay. They offer to organize trips / activities and give you local tips. Facilities were clean and modern and a good place for just relaxing too.

United States-paid for a suite for 11 days for my honeymoon. The view was overlooking another building and the noise from the resort next door was crazy loud starting at 11pm to 2am. The bathroom tiles are coming apart, bath tub and shower leaked onto the floor, doorknobs and light switches falling off. Other than that, the suite was beautiful with 2 bathrooms, living room, plenty of closet space. We would’ve used our two balconies but the view was of another building - food was good but only 1 buffet and 1 a la carte restaurant. Need more options as people are waiting in line at 7pm for dinner to start. Hard to get into the one a la carte restaurant. I tried multiple times on the app but it kept saying it was booked (the restaurant was never full)

The hotel itself is amazing ! really nice and clean ! small repairs that need to be carried out but it is like that every where! the beach is amazing and the pools are really nice too ! we got the chance to have a really nice suite where we were really comfortable! staff always nice and welcoming, always happy to assist My suitcase got lost for 8 days and the staff did everything they could to help me and make sure I enjoyed my time there even if it was not their fault ! good place to relax and unwind ! thank you Ramzi and all the team for your warm welcome 🙏🏻

Stuff were helpful. The buffet for dinner was just amazing, so many options and some food like steaks and fish were being prepared at the spot. The facilities were very nice.
