The bathtub and shower were quite slippery and dangerous..maybe consider adding grab bars or non-stick mats. The bedding was heavy and no sheet was provided

This property definitely exceeded our expectations! Huge family room was really an apartment. Comfortable beds, nice large patio. The dinner and breakfast buffet was excellent with a large variety of dishes and excellent coffee The indoor pool and gym was a great bonus which we really appreciated in the chilly windy weather Front desk staff was very welcoming and helpful, especially Radhouane

Breakfast and dinner were not good enough the food was not fresh they use the leftovers from breakfast in the dinner as it is in most of the open buffets but even in the breakfast vegetables etc not fresh

For 2 days there was a conference who swarmed over the buffet area - we had to find eating times to avoid them! Although the hotel was nice, we missed not being next to the beach.

To be honest the reception staff wasn't terrific, the first impression wasn't so good, the TV didn't work most of the time and there's no TV in the bedroom.

missing stuff like broom and washing lines for the laundry. we had to spread our clothes on the chairs to dry them. This is essential when you go swimming on holiday. but I’m sure if we asked for them they would brought it to us.

I liked the location, swimming pools and Food. the walking area around the hotel is beautiful. The property is spacious, clean the beds are comfortable we chose the family property which has 2 floors the top floor has 2 bedrooms and 1 en-suite with balcony and another bathroom. the ground floor has lobby , toilet, kitchen and two balconies I really recommend this property

It cuts off from the main town and medina - this is a tourist corner which is good perhaps but one doesn’t get feel of the country.

The hotel is its own little island with food, entertainment, and shopping within the same area - which are a stay if a few nights is good. The food choices were awesome. The staff including the animators are amazing. There are sufficient activities to keep one busy.

There wasn't an option to have any food at the hotel between breakfast and dinner. But the staff managed to fix us up some crêpes, which was very nice of them.

We had a fantastic stay, mostly thanks to the attentive staff working at the hotel. The buffets were delicious, beds comfortable and great staff.

I cant really say much. Probably the only thing we werent that happy was the "extern" Maroccan restaurant, it isnt much of a restaurant but mostly different hotel (they offer Maroccan, Italian and mediterian restaurant to eat outside their hotel). We coudnt find it and when we found it the food wasnt that awesome, not sure if it was from there but we both felt a bit sick afterwards. But thats not fault of the hotel.

I love the staff!! Everybody was extremely friendly and helpful, I must pinpoint the men at the reception desk! Super helpful, and friendly. I also must say that the cleaning ladies did an amazing job, and of course the animators were awesome ppl as well! Overal we had a great vacation! Highly recommend this place. Btw the food was just DELIGHTFUL! Everyday we said we will not eat this much but couldnt help ourselves as there was always something new to try :). Oh yeah and I almost forgot, we booked the hammam sauna with massage and massage was THE BEST we ever had! Amazing!!

A couple of suggestions would be having a card instead of a wrist band, longer shower curtain in bath, pools being open longer hours, the private beach being tidied up more.

The pool closed really early in the evening and we would have preferred a little more time to spend there, but other than that, no complaints!

the pool house area was not accessible for hotel guests, i don't know why because it's a wonderful pool.

Amazing place! I enjoyed the food, The room was very clean and spacious. The hotel was in the middle of the Medina so we had everything close by. I enjoyed the free carthageland + aqualand access (i was surprised because they didn't mention that in the booking) very friendly and cheerful staff. The pool animation was superb (the foam party was excellent) i will always choose to stay at the same hotel every time i visit Hammamet.
