Everything pretty much. The only clean place is the lobby. The floors throughout the hotel are dusty and dirty, the shower was o we the bath and the glass shower door didn’t fit against the Bath so flooded the bathroom so all the door frames are rotting and not changed. The double beds are 2 singles pushed together and have single sheets on each. Immediate view from the first floor is the restaurant roof and it’s not a pleasant view because it’s scruffy, not painted and not swept. The indoor pool is very warm but the water is murky and the signs on the walls of the spar are missing g and the bond underneath where they were showing. The outdoor pools were bogging! I couldn’t let my son anywhere near them. The pool stairs are broken, the grids on the water overflow are broken and sharp and dangerous with many open patches. Everything around the pool is dusty and dirty. The park was the same, my son was so dirty, his shorts were ruined. Most things in the park are rusty, broken. There was a discarded broken chair and table with missing legs on the park. The wooden walkways onto the beach were broken and sharp wood exposed. The walk to the beach was a dumping ground for the hotels rubbish. The beach is not clean, rubble, cigaret butts, straws, plastic bottle lids and rubbish in the sand. They were doing a little maintenance when we were there and understand it wasn’t high season, but if you’re taking bookings I expect the facilities to be up to scratch and expect the maintenance people to clean after themselves. I wish I could add more photos to show you all the state of the place. Filthy! Oh and not forgetting, little birds fly into the restaurant who h is fine but when they excrete on the chairs, I’d expect it to be cleaned and it wasn’t.

Although the hotel looked a bit tired&in need of refurbishment in places, this was ok in view of the fair price. Howver,what was so annoying was the attitude of some of the staff who were indifferent at best or positively rude at worst. I have a problem with their water prices. There was no free drinking water in the hotel or the restaurant, the restaurant staff said they charge 6 dinars for a bottle of mineral water. This is over 6 times the price of the retail price in the shops. Considering Tunisia is a hot country, this leaves the guests who have just arrived ( all hot and bothered )at the hotel after a long journey with the impression that they are being conned& taken advantage of. The least the hotel could do is to offer a bottle of water a day in the room( like many other Tunisian hotels do) to make sure the guests feel welcomed. A bottle of water retails at less than 25 pence in the shops so it would cost the hotel v little but leave the guests with a better impression. The quality of the food in the restaurant is not great either. As l understand it,this hotel used to pride itself on the quality of its food so it's a shame.

It's a nice hotel in a good location with a good view of the sea. The room was v comfortable

Front counter staff were very rude and didn't care and took a long time to sort anything. Room was okay ish but shower was hot and cold . Water got turned off for about 2/3hrs. And about four /5 rooms in our party had to be changed due to facilities and needed cleaning really poor and hostel like. Also all inclusive didn't include alcohol on the band we were given and everyone else it was was included.

Swimming pool/ beach were great . All inclusive food was okay only just because of heaps of food to choose from and got to know what was nice and not so nice. Lower level staff were lovely . Was cheap to stay and was a great base and we had a enjoyable despite the issues. You got what you played for.

Problems with the room payments. Spent 3 stressful days trying to sort it out, and even after an agreement to refund the money for a room that was cancelled it still haven’t been received

The food was very bland, it's a shame because real Tunisian food is really good 2 waiters asked for my Facebook, basically right after saying hello. For me that means atomicity one less star

Although I said earlier that I want to check-in in 9 o’clock and they confirmed me this in the booking.com app, when I arrived they told me that the international checking time is 2 o’clock and earlier check-in is not possible so I had to wait for 5 hours on the reception. When finaly I received the keys, I was starving and I was thirsty, I asked where is the restaurant, I booked with all inclusive, the receptionist answered me “the all included Arm band you will receive a little bit later because we don’t have it now”, I was told to come back after 3, but the restaurant is closing at 3 o’clock and opening again 6:30 so I had to wait even more. The fridge in my room was empty, just one bottle of water inside would make every guest happier - advice for the personal.

The swimming pool was beautiful and clean, the palms, the direkt connection with the beach. The personal in the Restaurant were all nice and friendly. My Room was for the price very good with a sea view, I loved the balcony.

the indoor pool, sauna and gym (equipment falls apart) are so old and dirty that they are unusable… so I used California Gym nearby where you can pay daily or buy weekly memberships.

I was there writing so I loved the view from my room. Best sunrises I’ve ever seen. The outdoor pool is amazing too!

The hotel needs an upgrade. We paid for a beachfront room and got one facing the city. The noise was insane till 4 in the morning. The hot water did not work and neither did the AC
