How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

Slow water flow in the shower, which could be improved for a more convenient bathing experience.
Exceptional hospitality from Mr. Mhadheb, Mrs. Oumayma, and Mr. Kamel, who deserves special recognition. Exquisite dining options with delicious food, albeit a wish for more seafood and fish choices. Cozy ambiance in the small lobby. Impeccable cleanliness of the rooms.

the furniture in the living room does not have the comfort expected for a 5 star hotel, the armrests of the sofas and chairs are excessively high, nothing to say about the rest

The indoor pool is only open 9am to 10am 12pm to 3pm and 5pm to 6pm. This meant due to lunch being 12.30 to 2.30 you either go and eat early or towards the end of the lunch time to be able to swim for a good length of time.
The staff were very welcoming and helpful. The food was good tasty and hot. The rooms were cleaned daily and the beds are comfortable.

Out of season, and therefore, there wasn't much happening in the resort. The indoor heated pool was limited and only opened 9am to 10pm and 12pm to 3pm. The AC wasn't as cool, and we were told this is because it is winter season.
The rooms were very big and helped keep our toddler entertained. The rooms were also very clean. The view and location were very good with plenty of places to eat. The staff were very friendly and helped us throughout our stay, making it comfortable. Would highly recommend to families with small children as the staff do go out there way to help.

- was a few hiccups in terms of certain issues i.e. late night check in was extremely slow, kettle wasn't working, etc etc however this was addressed in the morning and was offered a service for free - we weren't told the other cuisines other than the main buffet restaurant was a set menu - occasional miscommunication; but again this was addressed and apologized.
- Absolute great hospitality by the staff at reception Ines, Lynda, Ouemeyma - Staff in the buffet were absolutely phenomenal; always had a smile and great esp with the children: Salem & Aymen - entertainment for kids disco was great and so was the pool staff entertainment and energy. Overall a great stay and lovely staff!

Entertainment.the worst ive seen.they were making people run away.nobody understood what they we doing. Could have a dance show or a singer instead. from our room we could watch the other hotel's entertainment which was FIRE.
Very large and comfortable bed. Rooms are with balcony with part seaview. We booked the half board. Buffet was ok. Good desserts.drinks are very cheap compared to other 5 stars. Pools are well maintained. A special mention to Walid who took take of us at the restaurant.A man with a big heart whom we will never forget. Overall staff are very helpful.

The rooms were clean, very comfortable, and the staff was amazing. They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Yasmine Hammamet.

When the breakfast was finished there wasn't much food left in the snack bar. All inclusive drinks were limited in choice.
The all inclusive food was great, pool was clean, staff were amazing and friendly, room was spacious and very clean. Great location for exploring surrounding areas. Also next to a beach which was great.

Drinks are made with fake juice, therefore not drinkable. Dessert always the same, so at day 3 I couldn’t get any.

Gym opens at 9am, it shares the space with the SPA so they close whenever they leave, if you’re an early gym kind of person u won’t be very happy :) they did mention that they are working on fixing another gym to be able to be kept open. U need to confirm at the reception ur special requests, for my case I put request of separate beds on booking.com which was confirmed and aknowledged , but they didn’t provide it until I spoke again to the front desk at the hotel.
Good energy the bar had amazing stuff and great service. Special thanks to that team.
