My one-night stay at Soussana Hotel was fantastic! The staff were friendly and accommodating, and the room was clean and comfortable. The hotel's central location made exploring the city a breeze, and the delicious breakfast buffet was a great way to start the day. I highly recommend Soussana Hotel for a memorable stay in the city room

Lost power to the room in the morning but not a big deal as I'm sure easily fixed.

Wanted something close enough to the centre but not caught up in the tourist area. Didn't have high expectations based on the price so it did the job perfectly. Great budget option. Had a veranda with a view. Reception staff spoke great English & very helpful. Secure parking was a bonus.

The room didn’t have blackout curtains and sleep wasn’t good at all, there was dust in the wardrobes and one of the wardrobe doors couldn’t be opened due to bedside table being placed very close to it. The lift doesn’t operate from the ground floor and doesn’t take you to floor you are going to, you will either be using stairs upwards or downwards.

despite being close to the beach, the area around the hotel has seen better days, and a lot of the bars, hotels, restaurants etc are closed. however this didn't bother me as I had a car.

A fantastic budget hotel close to the beach (5 mins walk) - comfortable, clean, large rooms with a balcony, friendly and helpful staff, free secure parking, and a perfectly adequate breakfast given the price.

The first room that was given to us was already used and not cleanded ( dirty sheets, food wrappers etc.) We were given a new room next to it, but the problem was that noone came to clean the old room and it had the balcony left open, as there were strong winds that night it was shuting the door open and closed all night long. There were dogs barking all early morning as the room had poor sound isulation from the streets, you could heart it all morning since 4am. If you are sensitive to sounds, then take earplugs with you, I did not have a problem, but my partner had a poor sleep. For those who plan to drink wine, the hotel staff does not have a bottle opener ( i dont drink, but my partner wanted to open some.)

Good for budget and not too far away from the beach a few minutes walk. The staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was buffet style, pick and choose what you like (basics - warm cruesants, cheese, sausages, eggs, vegetables, and jogurt.) The room had a bath (you can find bath salts in the nearby shops) just let the water flow for a bit before making the bath. Secured private parking place in the backyard.

- room was quite cold - heating did not work - we firstly could not pay by card and were charged more than we booked for (we read that other guests had the same problem); only because we persisted we have payed the right price - (fresh) orange jus had to be payed for at breakfast

+ free safe private parking + small bottles of water upon arrival + nice hot water in shower + spacious room + good price for quality + restaurants nearby

The property is close to the beach, bars and everything essential you could think off. The rooms are nicely decorated, clean and decent. The hotel has it's own private parking so that was good. it is great value for the money.

rooms are old and guests are distrusted. every guest is given TV remote in reception, and expected to return it to lobby when checking out -- rather silly. There was garbage on the hallway floor for entire stay and nobody cared to clean it up.

hotel is in a convenient location, accessible by car (and has its own parking lot behind the building!!)

The lift doesn’t go-down till the ground floor (reception area), therefore, I think the hotel doesn’t suitable for someone who has disabled person or title kids.

Close to beach & you can reach the city-centre and old town by walk .

Poor WiFi for a couple of days, but that was probably beyond their control. Breakfast is basically just croissants with coffee.

Fantastic value for money. Spacious rooms in a great location, 5 Minute walk to the sea. Friendly staff, especially the lady at Rezeption was very helpful.

there was no soundproofing between rooms and the external noise was really bad. The breakfast wasn’t good either.

Rooms need to be refurbished. Towel provided by the hotel are not clean and colorful stain on the towels
