Loved location and the staff. Everything was wonderful! This is a top notch hotel! Employees were incredibly attentive to our needs. Everyone went above and beyond to help. Not to mention the great location and wonderful breakfast. Lastly, the bed linens were crisp and prestine. Room was impeccably clean and fresh. Loved the roof top terrace.

The room did not have any view, but that didn’t make any difference to me and the roof terrace made up for that.

This was a spectacular find. I struggled to know where to book in Tunis, and opted to take a chance on this hotel. It was perfect. The room I booked was basic with a single bed, but it was quiet and comfortable. There is a good shower, air conditioning and a nice roof terrace. It is safe and secure with the front door manned 24/7 and no non-resident guests are permitted past reception, which is good for safety. The staff are friendly and helpful and there is a good filling continental breakfast in the morning. The location is perfect for central Tunis. It’s a 5 minute walk to the medina and is located in the heart of Tunis. There are lots of local eateries and small bars and cafes around and almost no need for taxis unless you are going further afield on a trip. It’s also near the bus station and train station, which I used for a day trip without difficulty. Overall, a 10/10 hotel. Was ideal for me as a solo traveller who wanted to have a quiet haven in the middle of the city.

The location was great! The hotel was also very clean and inviting. Hot water worked very well, along with AC. The hotel staff were all friendly and helpful, always greeting you with a smile.

Nothing. Everything was a good standard.

The hotel is located in a great area in Tunis. Short walk from the main promenade and also close to the main souk (market). The breakfast was light and very tasty. He room was clean and refreshed daily. The staff made sure that we had everything we needed for our stay. Lotfi and Emna were super friendly and made our visit enjoyable and helped us a lot. Thank you!!

No complaints. One minor quibble - the hotel card (available at the reception) has the hotel's e mail address on it that is incorrect.

Excellent location - one minute walk to the main street, 5 minute walk to the Medina, one minute walk to tram 4 (for the Bardo museum). Friendly and helpful staff. Nice rooftop terrace - a peaceful haven. Travellers need such a place as there is only one small park in the entire city.

No natural light in the room during the day. No fridge in the room although the weather was very hot. A lot of mosquitoes. Breakfast was limited and same every day. The alley outside the hotel was every day full of garbage.

It's a new hotel in a alley which seems dark but it's a very good location, close to Av. Habib Bourguiba. The room was very clean. The breakfast was OK. The staff is very helpful and kind. You can find cheaper options in Tunisia but in Tunis it is a very good one.

They do not have hair drier in the rooms, I think it is something that can (and should) easily be fixed.

It is a very clean place with very attentive staff. It is very central, easier to walk to medina and the train station, and very close to lots of restaurants.

The only downside is the breakfast which was unfortunately similar to airplane food and pretty much inedible. However, there is a coffee shop across the little street that was sometimes open, if you want an alternative breakfast option!

I was very pleased with the stay - it is a very simple hotel, where we had everything we needed in the room and it was well located to galleries in the city and a short walk from the medina. Staff are extremely kind and helpful when we checked in and also needed anything during the stay.
