- some of the waiters in the restaurant weren’t the most nice staff ever. Most of them aren’t smiling that much. However it might be because they’re under staffed because I see them running around all the time trying to get all the tables needed - as many reviews said some furniture was too old and needed an upgrade. I wasn’t personally too bothered with this -probably what I disliked most was the spa reception. The guy was too rude when people ask him for availability for a massage. We stayed there for 4 nights and asked for availability from the first day but he said that there weren’t any for our whole stay. And then our friends tell us that they were able to get an appointment by giving the guy some money 🤦🏻‍♀️

- the staff are really nice especially (most of) the entertainment and the workers we see in the garden etc. - I am used to go to all inclusive hotels in Tunisia but this one has a great value for money to me when it comes to food especially! It is always available and of great quality, there is also a diversity in food! - the beach is amazing and we were upgraded to a sea view room 😍 we were spoiled! - I like the fact that the hotel is not too big and we don’t have to walk to much to enjoy the beach! Overall we really enjoyed our time here and we will probably come back!

Rooms were a bit smelly probably due to faulty canalisation, the mattress in the bed is average, nor very comfortable, the room was a disappointment given the great experience outside the room

It seems that the side effect of the all-inclusive package with food availability almost all around the clock is lowering the standard. For example in the 2nd part of afternoon the service at the nice beach restaurant is almost not available anymore. Once has to look after the waiters. The time of the indoor swimming-pool was not respected. It closed at least 30 Min. before time. The fitness center is ok though could be installed somehow nicer and open earlier. Finally for such an hotel the customer orientation of some of the staff could even be enhanced to reach similar level or beyond of comparable places in Tunisia (for example Djerdba).

The all-inclusive package when available at a reasonable price is a good-value for money. Generally the quality of food, rooms, premises, the indoor swimming-pool are all good. The beach is nice.

The front desk was crowdie for check in time. They have only one CC machine and it was not working so i had to bay by cash.

The hotel atmosphere in general was very good. There are some activities for kids. The beach was clean.

the wifi didn’t work properly in the room

You’re greeted with a warm welcome and the feeling of comfort. I really enjoyed the wet towels for cooling off along with a glass of cold juice. Very friendly staff beginning from the receptionist to the servers. The all inclusive buffet was incredible available 24 hours and great quality along with extensive varieties of food especially the desserts. The entire property was very clean and you feel comfortable and at peace. The beach was a little walk but very enjoyable and absolutely gorgeous.

- No Variety in breakfast - Rooms are so old , ZERO isolation if you are travelling with a baby he will wakes up a lot , ZERO privacy - they told us we will find sushi in the asian restaurant when we reserved and went for dinner they told us there is no SUSHI - The food is OK but not worth the money - The Hammam is so old and so COLD which is weird

Facility is outdated. Bed bugs!!- i caught rash that looks like bites from bed bugs!! I went to reception and they waved it off saying its just bites from mosquitoes and “upgraded” the room. The upgrade was that they moved me to higher floor. I was looking for 2 days for Mr Mohammaed who gave me THAT room with no success. I was going to reception every day for 2-3 days because the rash looked terrible; only time they cared was when receptionist (female) gave me alcohol on my wounds and second when they called doctor. Doctor check up lasted 5 second and he said its chicken pox and gave me antibiotics!! And demanded me to pay him! I also arrived in hotel late; it was about 1-2 am in the morning and Mr Mohammead demanding me to pay everything. Needless to say i booked hotel 14-19 Mar, I arrived 15 at 1 am cet and left 19 at 1 am cet so basically I did not consume 1,5 days. He could have let me pay everything second day.

I feel that the hotel has declined over the last couple of years the rooms are not maintained well and the food used to be amazing but now not so … the Christmas Eve gala meal was terrible ! The hotel is always more expensive than others and I have always been happy to more but I am now rethinking

For starters, the room was tiny and outdated with no real windows besides the door to the terrace. We were given no information about anything upon check-in even when we asked the front desk. No brochures, nothing about meal times or locations. We wandered around the facilities and had to figure it out for ourselves hoping we didn’t miss anything even though we missed dinner on our first night. Also, all of the parasols and loungers were “claimed” with towels yet empty most of the day so there were no spaces to relax and enjoy the pool or the sea. In standard resorts, this is not allowed so everyone can enjoy the facilities which may reflect more on the quality of the guests staying there (which we’re questionable) than the resort but worth mentioning. We will not return or recommend.

The landscaping was beautiful with an amazing variety of trees and relaxing courtyards that reflects the biodiversity of the region. The traditional Tunisian food was delicious and plentiful.
