The walls are just too thin apparently, we were hearing our neighbors as if it was in our room, so tbh it was so noisy and this was the only issue we didn’t like.

The location is ideal and super close to the old town. The staff is VERY VERY nice and helpful.

There is constant noise in the hotel during the day. The room was not so clean and had a lot of mosquitoes. Bed was hard and uncomfortable.

the rooms are old and tired especially the toilets, simple things can go along way. such as fixing a toilet seat or changing it also cleaning the black mold in the toilet,

This is a modern exceptionally well presented hotel in a great location. The staff were so pleasant and helpful. Everywhere is spotlessly clean and delightfully cool. The breakfast was delicious and plentiful.

I got an electric shock from the side light by the bed and had to change rooms (the hotel staff were quite quick to respond to this though), and the bathroom sink in the new room was blocked. The coffee at breakfast was not nice from the coffee machine (though the hot chocolate was nice, so that may just be personal preference) and the views from the bedrooms weren't nice, though of course that's not the hotel's fault.

The rooms were clean, a good size, and the beds were comfortable. The staff were friendly, spoke good English and were helpful. The breakfast was quite nice too overall. The location of the hotel was excellent for the train station, the medina and the main shopping areas.

The hotel staff is the best, especially Mr. Abdelhak and his crew: he is very professional, knowledgeable, friendly. He helped with my luggage, gave me suggestions of places where I could eat, he made my stay in the room very comfortable (I loved the chair he brought me so that I could work online). My room was always clean and tidy. I also enjoyed breakfast! I am very grateful for this wonderful experience. I would certainly recommend Tiba Hotel! Thank you!

Air conditioning in the room is freezing cold, and the temperature control doesn't allow changes. So, I had to switch off the AC most of the time, which wasn't really a big of an issue.

Located very close to the city center and hotel is quite known. Zara clothing store is just across the road, and there are many road side resturants which I highly recommend not trying because food quality is poor and they overcharge. The hotel itself is very neat and clean, the staff is very professional and very friendly , security is very alert there's a guard present 24 hours . The hotel is good for budget travel and is recommended for short-term or medium stays.

The A/C was not working which made the stay very unpleasant since it was hot, and also the hotel was like a mosquito nest.

The staff were doing their best to be helpful, the location of the hotel was also considered to be good and in the center.

My first room had a large cockroach in it. Second room pest-free but dilapidated, and the bed and pillows were unbelievably poor. Staff do their best but no one seems to care much.

Breakfast was OK. Location is good if you want to stay in the centre of town.

I had a horrible experience. The receptionist did not speak English. The room was tiny and smelled like sewage, due to an issue with the pipes. there was a tiny window leading to a narrow street. so narrow that you could touch the window on the other side of the street. there was no direct sunlight and no way to air the room. when leaving the hotel, you had to leave the keys at the reception. that’s unacceptable because there was no safe and no way to secure your belongings.

We were approached by people demanding money outside hotel on various occasions. The hotel security could see I was with young family but never felt the need to intervene. Staying at this hotel was worse experience and staff for totally unhelpful. It ruined our visit to Tunisia, left us with really bitter experience.

Tbh I am not sure if there is anything I did like. It is very average experience and definitely a void for Brits due to safety concern.
