- No wifi outside the room and the reception, which is disappointing for such a hotel. - The room looks tired and everything is peeling off. - The sheets and pillowcases are old and stained. - Room cleaning is just making the beds and changing the towels. No cleaning/ wiping surfaces or floors. - We asked twice for the bed mattress to be changed into a double one instead of twin, they ignored us. However, it was changed the next day when we insisted. - The cocktails are terrible and so watered down, no fresh juices, only very low quality artificial juices.

- The food was good and the buffet had many options and isn’t repetitive. - The beach is clean.

Very nice staff and great place to be with the family and kids. The sea was the best thing for us. And the food, for different days we had fish (I think it was wild fish from the sea, not from the fishy factory) and it was great.

Maintenance staff are rude. Most of the reception staff are trainees that should be well trained prior the high season. Restaurant seats are always dirty or wet. Kids pool safety needs to be upgraded. Beach seating should be closer to the water.

Staff is kind and helpful. There are many youth staff smiling and cheerful. Food is good with huge variety. Many pools are available with a good entertainment for kids and parents. Beach is clean with comfortable and organized setup.

It's amazing place. The staff is perfect. I've got a lot of delight to relax here. All amenities are clean. The big quantity of cuisines from all over the world. There are a lot of good entertainments every day for everyone. It's a nice place for all ages. Thanks for the vacation. I've forgotten about worries about anything. I've especially got a big respect for a lifeguard of a "relax pool" - uncle "khali" Momo.

Air condition is not enough for Common areas like restaurant , lobby. It is hot ! Wi-fi works only in lobby and rooms. İt is not working even in restaurant and the garden/ pool area! Food quality is not bad but also is not great at meals. I could never drink any cold drink at all bars . Always warm/calm. There is almost nothing in snack bars. There is not enough common spaces like bar / cafe / lobby. And no activities in the evening. Hotel is not so new, need some renovation. Reception run out of towel card and they don’t give towel without them. So We couldnt use towel during the first day! Reception did not give any information during check-in. Just give you the card and go! There were only 2-3 boats in Aquapark, almost impossible to find one. They have silent pool and half of the pool is for kids. And of course kids are coming . Than the staff is always shouting or whistling… which is so much disturbing than kids. If I find cheaper price , we can stay again but with this price you can stay 2X better hotel in Turkiye in terms of hotel and service.

Green garden, variety of food at meals , 3 pools, helpful staff in general, especially very positive housekeeper guy at 4th floor in main building around 1420s… Aquapark is not so big but kids have fun there. They should increase safety cautions, 3-4 kids sliding together etc… room & balcony size was good , view was nice. Air condition at room was good.

My wife and I recently had a great time at the Manar Magic Life Hotel in Tunisia. From the moment we arrived to when we had to leave, every person working there made us feel special. The people at the front desk were friendly and professional. They helped us start and end our trip in the best way possible. The resort was peaceful and beautiful, all thanks to the hardworking garden and maintenance crew. The lifeguards were always on their toes, ensuring we could enjoy the water safely. The food was an adventure on its own. The chefs cooked delicious meals, and the wait staff always served us with a smile, making each meal special. The lobby bar and beach bar served refreshing drinks and the service was top-notch. The relaxation pool was a calm place to swim or sunbathe. The sound of birds singing made it even more peaceful. Momo, who works at the relaxation pool, was always happy and helpful, making our time there even better. Special thanks to madam Noura, madam Zohra, mr Haykel and mr Aymen. And many others that I forgot their names. In short, every person at Manar Magic Life Hotel made our holiday one to remember. We had one of the most relaxing holidays ever. If you want a comfortable and peaceful holiday with friendly people, Manar Magic Life Hotel is the place to go. We're already excited about our next trip there.

Our kids loved the pool with various water slides, kids entertainment, games, food buffet and a different show each night. This is clearly aimed at families and doesn’t disappoint. It covers everything to make it a great family stay. The staff are very friendly and hard working and everything was well organised. Parents can enjoy the Spa or chill out on the beach whilst kids are in the kids club. Good choice of food (buffet) and drinks but we only stayed 3 nights. Can recommend for families

The Reception was a bit rush, the check in took a while. The hotel clearly needs a solid renovation, the lifts or corridors were already pretty run down. The room was a bit small, and we missed a balcony, and WiFi reception was pretty poor in shared areas of the hotel.

It is a noce 5* resort with plenty of attractions for the kids, nice animation, shows, pools, water rides and very nice and clean beach. The food was great and choice was awesome. The animation and attractions during the day were great, especially the pool party.We enjoyed the food a lot.

The huge space, the variety of activities and food. But above all, the staff is the most friendly and polite I have ever seen. Even the gardener dropped his tools to come and help us carrying our heavy suitcases! Each staff member isn’t just performing its own daily tasks, but is there to make everyone’s stay so comfortable as possible.
