The place is clean but requires regrouting the bathroom perhaps as it’s a bit worn out, I stress tho that everything is still clean. I think the entertainment team needs to be more visible for guests, they are great but I think they need to hover around common areas more to engage with guests. I would say these are improvements to make the whole experience exceptional rather than make our stay feel bad

The staff were helpful and friendly. We were all inclusive and there was such a big variety of food and it was good quality which was important for 3 fussy eaters. Rooms and facilities were cleaned daily. Even the beach was cleaned up. Entertainment staff were very good (esp with kids) Beach was well kept and clean. This was very good value for money. They also provided drinks and snacks.

It was overprices. Staff were quite friendly but not professional. Rooms are old. Food was not healthy enough. I wouldn't visit this hotel again for the same amount I paid.

it was tricky booking tables at the specialty restaurants. we managed to book a table at the Italian restaurant however the food was not special and deserts were pre-made as in frozen.

great facilities with a beach staff were friendly and helpful it’s great that it’s family friendly water slides were great. but teenagers got bored quickly of them however younger kids will enjoy them all day everyday

The staff!! Amazing people, always with a smile and a kind word. Their entertainment team took care of our son and had a variety of activities for us to participate in ( they have an app where one can register in advance). Meals were delicious and had a lot of variety ( also local choices for one to try), and once again, the staff was available and doing their best to create a good atmosphere—nothing to say regarding the cleaning. It was done on time, and it was well executed. We would stay here again for sure. It is an excellent spot for families, and they cared for us.

A little bit noisy in the pool area but for me it's definitely tolerable cause it's a family oriented hotel. If you want to relax in a quiet atmosphere, beach area is a better choice.

When I lived here, I could totally forget all the upset and annoying things in my life, nothing could bother me here. The astonishing views, the amazing enthusiasm of the staffs and all kinds of incredible activities here make me wanna come back again. Thanks to all the friends in Magic Life Africana!

Our room was nice but the air conditioner did not work so it was uncomfortably hot much of the time. Could not get WiFi in our room, sporadically on the balcony. We booked a sea view room but could not see the sea unless you leaned out over the rail of the balcony to stretch to see it. Was never able to get towels for the beach/pool.
