QatarIt just needs a little TLC regarding maintenance but the great staff make up for peeling paintwork.
The hotel is beautiful despite being a little run down. A coat of paint would do wonders! The beach is lovely but the best aspect of this hotel is the staff. The most wonderful, hard working and smiley staff I’ve ever met. Salim in the bar is amazing and will do anything to ensure guests’ happiness. He is constantly on the move- God knows how many steps he walks each day! Anas, Rabeb and Dhia were also great. We stayed all inclusive and loved the Amaretto cocktails! The food was ok although I’d expect the snack bar on the beach to provide included pizza rather than having to pay extra. We’d def come back.

SwitzerlandAir con system was broken. Door card system was broken. Bath tap was broken. Counted 6 times having to go the reception to get them to open the door, 10-15 minites wasted each time. Door system faulty, they knew but sent an engineer each time who simply didnt know how to fix it...

JordanWe booked 2 rooms but one had an AC that wasn't functioning. It took us multiple visits to the reception over two days to finally fix the problem since no other room was available. The indoor swimming pool opens at 9:00 and closes at 18:00.
The food was excellent (breakfast and dinner) as the buffet has lots of variety and it changes on daily basis. The beach is clean and we can see the workers cleaning the beach very early in the morning.

The hotel is working hard to provide good quality of service. You can notice that all the staff are following the instructions of the management and the way that they deal with you. Comparing to other hotels in the area, Taj Sultan has a better pricing and nice service and facilities. I want to thank the smart reservation manager Ms. Weam who makes sure that costumers are happy. Also, thanks to the cleaning rooms manager Yassmina for her efforts. Finally, thanks for the nice and respectable receptionist Mr. Majdi who deals with all the clients in a professional way.

This hotel tries to provide good quality for it’s Costumers. You can watch that from the way that all the staff do their jobs. I think the price is reasonable and fair. Thanks for the great receptionist Mr. Majdi for hus prof work. He does his work with smiling and polite way. Also thank you for the cleaning head Yassmian for making sure all rooms are provided with comfort. Finally thanks for the reservation department manager mis Rouaa who really works hard to satisfy her Coustmers, and she is one of the reasons that I give this hotel a higher points. I just took one pint for a (reason!)

KuwaitFor a 5 star hotel, the facilities in the room are very poor. The room is very old with old furniture. Needs immediate renovation if they are a 5 star. The value for money is very poor : much less than expected The food selection is very very limited. To be honest the food is very average with limited selection that does not encourage to eat

FranceWe mostly enjoyed our stay. If we have one criticism it would be about the shower in the room we stayed. The glass protection is a little small which means taking a shower means filling the the bathroom with water which we had to clean with the towels because the were no drainage hole. Maybe curtains would be a better alternative to the glass panel.
The hotel was clean the personal are accommodating and helpful. A good variety of food a mix between local and international food. The pool great and big which is great in these pandemic times and helps with keeping social distancing. The animation team and especially the two singers are amazing. Unfortunately the sea was agitated the couple of days we were there so we didn't manage to enjoy it much, but the pool made up for that.

Italy- 4 cm cockroach (scarafaggio, cafard) in the bathroom prevented me from taking a shower when checking out early - miserable club sandwich made with mayo and wurstel (and chicken that felt unsafe to eat). I complained when checking out but they made me paid it even extra - given that I had to check out early, the day before they assured me that I could have breakfast earlier, but nothing was ready when I left (and I paid for the breakfast. No excuses. No reimbursement) - I asked to leave my comment to the manager, but the staff told me that I could not talk to anyone and that the manager can be bothered only after 7 (even in case of a fire). I left my email so they could reach me out and listen my feedback but I was never contacted (so I am here. I never leave negative feedback on booking.com, as I prefer to talk in person)
