The Breakfast Menu…..What I wanted from the menu was not even available and it’s already only four things to choose from The bathroom could do with some mats in them Also one of our room lights did not work

The only discomfort was the ac in the room. It was on the coldest temperature and the room was very hot.

The pool was really Cold and the clorine in the water affected both my daughter and husband eyes. We were located in the downstair which was loud as well as there was alot of movement happening above us movement of chairs during the night .The Ac was also making a loud sound all night.

The property was clean, the staff were very nice and friendly. The location was perfect. We were a group of 15 8 adults 7 children. The rooms were very spacious,the children enjoyed the pool. Transport was very easy to get around,as we have family living in Trinidad. Will be booking agin for our next stay in Trinidad

Big, spacious rooms. Very much home-like vybes. Amazing rates + breakfast included. It doesn't get better than that. Great experience with customer service. I would definitely recommend and visit again.

The staff was extremely helpful and caring. Very welcoming and made our stay an unforgettable one! Always checked up on us and ensured all our inquiries were addressed. I would definitely be booking this again and recommending this location to others. The tiki bar at the back was super cute with nice music and pool was clean with water fountain. Great pics!

Had a very late check in , sent a message to the hotel but got no response. Found that the hotel could have been a bit more accommodating in checking out ( checked in at around 4 am Sunday morning as my birthday was Saturday)..

The breakfast was a huge disappointment, other family members had stayed there in the past, they had raved about the breakfast. I was all hyped up, and then reality hit. I don't know if they changed the cook or menu but I did not enjoy the meal. My mum who stayed there last year, and enjoyed the entire experience, and even some of the other guests complained. I hope they rectify this soon. Otherwise, they will start losing customers.

The room was great, clean and very spacious, with all the little conveniences one would hope for. I loved the size of the bed. The area was in close proximity to stores and shops, and the reception staff were helpful and friendly.

The pool was too cold and the tv in the room was too small and no option to watch Netflix or ant other than cable which wasn't working properly.

Bathroom needed to be cleaned and shower handle broken. Door for room constantly not working with the room key provided. The TV in the room had poor connection and often stopped working.

There were a few problems staying here this time. First of all, the shower didn't work, however it was repaired very quickly once mentioned to the reception. Then there was no hot water - only cold. Again, this was rectified quickly. The TV didn't have any signal, and the only channel that worked was BBC News and there was no WiFi all weekend. Finally, one of the two small lamps didn't work at all.

The bedroom is very big, very clean and incredibly comfortable. Staff are very friendly, professional and helpful.

Towels changed regularly. Friendly housekeeping staff. Quick response to problems. Enormous room. Lots of hot water.
