The kitchen staff was not so nice, and the food was horrible. There kept making excuses that things wasn't bought.

The stay didn't live up to our last visit which was disappointing. Our shower wasn't cleaned, the coffee machine in the lobby was down and the staff seemed disengaged while doing their job.

The amenities are great. There's a pool, grocery store and fast food nearby, and breakfast included are attractive. The rooms are spacious and the little touches like the custom house slippers adds luxury to the experience. It's easy to find and is in the center of things without compromising privacy.

I have nothing to say bad about it. We didn't have the breakfast so I can't tell if it was good.

I like everything about the hotel. Location was very good and the staff were friendly , especially Ria who worked in the front desk. She went above and beyond to help us locate a place to take our PCR test to return home. And was there assisting us throughout the process.

The general and overall stay was amazing the only downfall was, the rooms had a terrible odor. The toilets also had a fowl scent no matter what we did. The breakfast was a bit cold but manageable for a few of my guest.

The rooms were really spacious and accessible for my mother who was on a wheelchair.

The A.C unit created a water puddle under the window and under the table.

I enjoyed the variety of dishes to choose from and it was tasty. Covid protocols were taken and the area was clean which gave that sense of security and safety.

The option of fruit needs to be included in breakfast menu. Room was a bit musty. Throw pillows need to be replaced. There was no kiddy pool available.

There should be an entrance from the hotel to the pool. I didn't like walking out the front door to go around to the pool.

I will be honest when I got there I was very hesitant from the outlook as I entered my feelings started to change ....I was greeted with such kindness and warmth I could not turn back to leave I continued on ....my daughter was elated by everything and everyone they treated us as royalty truly .....every morning bfast was so divine filling and most if all made with ❤️...lots of effort went into it for us it was as though we had our personal cooks wowwww Housekeeping well that was just the best eh the staff in that area never left chance to make diet accumulate at all ...never ever from towels to toilet paper all were topped up before you knew it...thx so much ladies ....my family and I owe our peaceful accommodated stay to you all ....you guys are like family and I pray that God covers each one of you as you continue to put the smiles and warm feeling to others when they enter your door....as you say...Welcome to Metro Hotel....with that winning greeting 😊😊

I’ll be honest the breakfast was simple as I excepted from viewing other reviews but i would of liked more variety, but when it came to taste everything was nice.

The main thing I look for when visiting a hotel is how the service is, that determines if I’ll come back. I must say the staff at Metro met my standards and I couldn’t be more pleased. The Venezuelan receptionist was so welcoming and such a delight, the butler was very helpful, the chef was so accommodating and friendly and everyone else that I encountered was very pleasant. I also loved how huge the rooms was that definitely took me by surprise, for the price your definitely getting your money’s worth! I would definitely recommend to a friend.

I really disliked the pool and breakfast. The pool is too far away from the hotel. As a guest I thought I would access the pool straight out of the hotel, I disliked the fact that I had to exit the hotel ,walk around it to the back to get to the pool and then have to walk back to my room all that way wet. The pool was also very uncomfortablely cold. Another thing, the pool is not in a family friendly area. I was with my family ( child included) and I could not try to enjoy any ounce of that pool because it was in a bar where there is alcohol and for the lack of a better word drunk people. I didn't appreciate my child being in that situation in a bar so hence I was unable to use the pool even to the slightest. When I booked I was told that the hotel will provide a free continental breakfast, however there was nothing continental about that. On the first morning it only had 3 options of dishes and only bread. The second day it option was only sausage and bread. It breakfast was a huge disappointment. There was absolutely no variations.Alothough the wifi was good the TV itself was not because the kept sticking so even in the room there was minimal to do. All in all I won't be returning to this hotel nor will I recommend it.

I like the location. It was very close to main road which made it easy to access anything I wanted. The room was very clean and the beds was comfortable. The staff that I encountered was pleasant.

the pool was dirty, the bar was open to outsiders and the breakfast was poor. The staff at the desk seem to be Venezuelan was she was not friendly.
