This hotel does not serve breakfast. In the morning around 8am we wanted to leave for the airport but the front door was locked. No staff on site, either. The gardener helped us finding a way out through the garden and parking lot.

A modern hotel with a nice look & feel. The facility is kept to a good standard with local execution quality. Shower worked very well, amenities were all you need, and the bed was big enough and comfortable.

Check in was 2pm. Had to wait till 3:30 and ask if room was ready. Staff were pleasant. Should provide salt/pepper in kitchen. Floors around pool are very slippery. Especially when u get out of the pool. It is an accident waiting to happen with floors

Couldn't really think of anything...just that this one room the bath could have been 2 feet wider and the tv could've been located to the foot of the bed instead of the side ...but it's not a problem more an observation...

Location is perfect...few minutes drive to beach and food stalls... area is very quiet ... kitchen has all the utensils that you'll need if you opted to make breakfast

I agree with some of the reviews that it would have been nice if some sort of breakfast was available, but it wasn't a deal breaker. While not an issue for me, the 10 am check-out time is a little early.

The pool area was very nice. My bed was comfy, and my room was good sized. Everything seemed pretty new. It was pretty well-situated as well (although Apple Maps has the location wrong).

The overall experience was great. I love the location and ease of access to everything. The rooms were clean and the staff were friendly and approachable.

For future they can include an ironing board, a little extra towels for the bathroom area and disposable cups for the room. Although I did ask the staff for cups and they accommodated me with my request. I don't like hanging wet clothes on the balcony to dry out (we visited the beach). It's kind of tacky. I would of loved if there were some part where wet clothes could have been hung out or maybe a dryer to assist with that.

The facilities were exceptionally clean. The pool was cleaned daily whether or not persons used it. The room I rented was the superior room. They catered to my family as I came with my three kids ages 1,2 and 5. They accommodated us with a double decker and a king sized bed. The room was furnished with a chiller, microwave, TV and kettle. The balcony overlooked the pool area which was a treat. I loved the technology used in the hotel as well. We were given two key cards one to keep on person and the other to energised the room ( I found that to be soooo cool) The location is great. Just about 5 mins from the airport and positioned in a very quiet non busy area. Walking distance to some mini marts and supermarkets.

I was only informed about the exchange rate at check-in. The faucet gave off a faint odor at times. The light of the air conditioning unit display was bright after lights were taken off at night but we easily covered that up.

The location is great as it is very close to Crown Point with good access to shopping restaurants and beaches. The environment is peaceful. The room was clean. The pool and jacuzzi were very enjoyable. The staff were both friendly and polite. The was very comfortable. Our room had all of the essentials.

This is the bit I don't like to write.. For the price of the room, I would expect somewhere to hang my clothes, I would expect coffee and tea and cream. In the room. There was tea. And if I wanted coffee I had to go out the room and there was no cream. It's not my first time to Tobago, but she's the first time I've been back to Tobago for 6 years.. I've been coming to Trinidad and Tobago for 22 years. . I find Tobago to be very expensive, now . I understand covid , has done a lot of financial damage to Tobago and Trinidad.. and I can see this in Tobago , . I do not want to criticize anybody that works so hard like yourself .

I would like to say your stuff where exceptionally helpful. . Your hotel had beautiful surroundings and wonderfully clean, . It's had a wonderful atmosphere at the hotel. I cannot find a fault , when it comes to your cleanliness, I'm wonderful stuff.

One of our beds had a squeak. We didn't have a problem, but a little more parking will be helpful. A muster point was not clearly marked when the alarm went off unexpectedly so we didn't know where to assemble.

Generally, the room was very good, nice pool even though we didn't capitalize on it. Nice lobby area. Facilities were in good condition and beautiful attractive colour.

Did not like that the price I reserved online was not the same when I arrived at the location. Thought this was unethical but getting in after all day of flying I accepted the difference of charges.

The hotel is not very well signposted and could do with something saying its name on the outside. There were some poorly stocked hot drink facilities but no kitchen for guests to get food on site as yet. Our room strangely had a microwave next to the sink in the room - which think is a bit dangerous.

The hotel seems fairly new so all of the facilities are lovely, and it is in a good location not too far from all the nearby shops and activities. The pool was nice to have too.
