I really have no complaints. We were there for one night.

The breakfast was decent. I found the bacon a bit too crisp for my liking. It was definitely adequate because I had to give half to my husband. Front desk staff were very accommodating. We needed food heated at midnight and it was done for us. The room was very clean and comfortable

The room I booked was leaking from the air condition unit, which was in the Penthouse area. I made a report to the front desk where they immediately changed the room. So I had to pack up my stuff again to be transferred to another room, which was time consuming as we were tired and wanted to get some rest.

The location was great as I wanted a place close to the Airport. Staff was very friendly and accommodating.

Expensive and breakfast didn't start until 8am. Room was incredibly small but met our needs for one night

Having to pay for 3 hours because of an earl check in 12noon.

Housekeeping never cleaned the room during our stay. The AC unit was barely capable of maintaining an even temperature, and even though I booked the room through the app, the check-in desk never put in the reservation, so I had to wait to check in.

The staff were very helpful and the food was excellent.

The toilet and bathroom too small. The pool is located too public for everyone dining or entering/ entering the building. The options were breakfast needs improvement. Only one option was available with juice and fruits or yogurt. The time taken to be served bfast was unsatisfactory.. we entered the restaurant at 8.45 and received bfast at 9.35

The washroom/bath was clean, but they should consider refurbishing or renovating. The door fell out in my hand, which thankfully I was able to fix on my own.. and there was a bit of rust and a cracked window. The White sheets and Towels may also need replacing in general. Those were the few things that I thought they need to pay attention to, that would this beautiful space shine all the way through.

The Hotel was beautiful and clean. Staff were very polite and helpful. Bedroom was spacious and clean. Location quiet and private. They had a very classy pool/bar/restaurant area.

Because of the probably of tiles being wet, there’s too many risks for slip-hazards. The hotel needs to do a better job of such.

The size of the room was great, but why the random dining chairs (3) in a corner? I'm not sure what purpose they served as there wasn't a table. It just cluttered the space and downgraded the ambiance. My biggest issue was the road noise from the street - wjo knew thst traffic is constant all night long on Golden Grove Road! While this is not under the hotel's control, they do need to ensure that windows can be closed to reduce the noise level. A broken/partially cracked open window was the culprit that I could not close to muffle out the noise. I did not complain based on the latest of the hour, but I did not get much sleep either. .

I did not like the noise late at night of guests at the bar and the music.

The breakfast was everyday the same but really tasty. I liked the hashbrowns and wedges. Staff was always very friendly and helpfull.

Had intermittent interruptions with water and you can also hear people's showers/pipes running loudly during the night so it woke me a lot. Restaurant vibe was nice, food was good but slow service
