Our room door was not opening easily or smoothly; it was very inconvenient and no one came to see about it when we advised staff. The staff did not ask us about our stay when we checked out.

The breakfast was great. The hotel was clean and well equipped as it pertained to covid 19 protocols. The Christmas decorations were beautiful.

1. Some of the staff/security personnel were not friendly. 2. Limited choices for breakfast/dinner. Had to purchase food externally. 3. Lighting was poor. 4. Limited TV channels. 5. Room smelled stuffy upon entry. 6. Pillows were uncomfortable.

1. One of the kitchen staff went out of their way to get the chef to make scrambled eggs after they were finished. 2. Easy access to nearby facilities.

That there wasn't even a bottle of water in the room to drink also I think a meal could have been offered eg breakfast or lunch even if it's at half price

I didn't like that I couldn't use the pool at all. They could've said something beforehand, and not to mention the excuse they gave. Also some of the things example for a bottle of water is really overpriced.

I liked that the room was spacious and comfortable. The staff was most pleasant as well.

The breakfast could have been a bit better; however, it's understandably difficult to serve breakfast during the pandemic.

Initially, my room lights did not work properly. The night staff tried to help but it did not work. The next morning they moved me to a nice new room. Staff were kind and the location is good.

The way they brought me the meals Due to the covid restrictions it was not allowed to eat at the restaurant. You had to order your meals through a form and deliver it into the reception. That's ok. The problem is that they brought the meals inside a sort of Tupper ware with all the different dishes together. They charged around 30 US$ per meal for a type of food you could find anywhere in the street for much lesser money and more quality. As a comparison, I was a few weeks after in Barbados and they brought me the meals in different recipients so they would not mix, and good quality food. Really big difference. You can see the difference in the pics. The plastic bag and the tupper ware are from Radisson in Trinidad. The rest from Barbados The staff in general were not quite kind and the service room was quite messy in my opinion Swimming pool and gym were closed. Any entertainment at the hotel

Property cld hv been more open to letting us stay at least an extra hr. Needed to be a bit more timely on some requested items.

The water in the shower did not get hot. The AC was a bit noisy. The alarm kept going off

Buying my ticket online through a site costed me more than if I had booked with the hotel and breakfast wasn't even included, so I ended up getting less for more. I also requested a microwave and kettle for my room, however this was not available, so I wasn't able to warm anything myself. So it was an inconvenience to have to go to the kitchen to ask them to warm stuff for me all the time.

Originally, my room was less than impressive, it was smelly and dated. When I made a complaint I was relocated to a much better room. The customer service was very good, the staff were pleasant and very helpful.

I didn't like that I did not have access to a microwave, therefore I wasted much food, but otherwise all was fine. This is not meant to be a negative, but the pool area was too hot for relaxing outside.

The first impression was the staff and concierge, they were so pleasant and kind. I adore them. I had a beautiful room overlooking the amazing scenery from my window. Front desk Kerisa was awesome.
