The corridor lights reflected into the room at night causing to much brightness ,so sleep was a bit affected.

It does not have much of a view overlooking a great scenery but that is minor to the many things that makes your stay enjoyable

I must say the Place meets all my expectation and given the Pandemic situation .Guest healthcare is priority. The accommodation is right for its value.Relaxation and Tranquility you can truly find here.The Owner and catering to your needs is very outstanding.Thumbs up!

Misleading information about location. I was under the impression that it was in Scarborough, and I didn't bring my car, so I had to walk to the main road. Tt ride share doesn't work in Tobago.

Rules are rules, but i just felt like because the pool are for adults only there shouldn't be a lock off time. I stay up late at nights, but can't use the pool. So thats the only down point for me

Unable to let anyone in other than who paid to stay, however I understand why that policy is there. Better/ more flexible check in and check out rates based on a 24hr time frame.

The location was good. Liked the option of having a pool to bathe. Environment was quiet.

Terrible attitude, very rude, overall terrible human being. I wouldn't even let my dog stay here! He puts Tobago to shame. We booked the place for my cousin that missed the ferry back to Trinidad. My cousin thought payment was made by me through the booking.com app. He wasn't aware that payment was to be done at the property. Vish started carrying on and cursing him out as well as threatening him.

The location is really off the beaten track so you must have a vehicle to get around The nearest restaurant is not within walking distance and the nightlife of SW Tobago is only accessible by car. Public Transport is not easily available.

It was comfortable but a very basic room. For $300.00 TTD per night you definitely get what you paid for. Vish the owner was very courteous and helpful to my needs.

I didn’t like that the man who I spoke to on the phone was super rude and unprofessional. He never introduced himself to any of us when we arrived. He smelled like alcohol and made a random statement whilst showing us the pool and where we going to be staying, “I don’t really like people by me” which took us all by surprise because of his line of business (hotel & accommodation). When he asked us how long we were staying for, my partner asked, “did you received the reservation, as it had our itinerary?” He became more rude and started having a full argument with my partner making other statements like, “this is Tobago, we do things differently”. In my bid to defuse the situation, I told him we were staying 2 days and 2 nights, by that time, he told us to leave his place right now. As we walked out he kept saying harsh things to us and then insisted my partner take a picture of him and post it online as it would be good for his business. His entire attitude from start to finish was absolutely appalling and highly unprofessional. I would never recommend this place.

- room doesn't look like the pictures, looks grubby and small - loud beeping sounds because the battery of the smoke detector was empty. - We were blatantly refused! The owner saw that we didn't like the room, told us ''we wouldn't enjoy our stay'' and kicked us out!!!!!! Never had this before

As mentioned before. The dog barking all night outside our room was terrible. The bed was a lovely big King but the pillows were too fat and lumpy. The bright lights were on outside our room and the curtains were not lined. We could not turn them off. The TV quality sound and picture was bad and placed too high. A power washer was going in the house from early which was not welcome after such a bad night.

We did not have breakfast but the owner made sure we had tea.

didn't like the parking had to park by the road, also no kids were allowed in this hotel and we had an 8 yr old ,which we had to keep inside from the other guess , the welcome was a bit hard, as the owner tried to get us to stay somewhere else because of our kid, that was not nice for us, the kitchen needs better utensils, some were rusty, also too many mosquito's in the apartment, we didn't use the pool , as no kids were allowed to use

There was nothing except that our stay was too short & we didn't get to see our host and hostess much. Really on point! Ooh I'd have liked my own broom & scoop

Everything from the pristine environment, to the self contained room, was exceptional. We were so comfortable and that value for money was undeniable! Beautiful property and room.
