The location was great, walking distance to places to eat and have drinks. Very Secure. Variety of amenities like, iron, ironing board, AC, cable, hot water, microwave, fridge, fold in table and chairs and etc. Very clean and quiet. The best is for the price you really get more than expected. Would be visiting again.

The room was a little bit small and the window was looking at a small parking lot and only through opaque glass. The hotel was a rather far from the real centre of Port of Spain (cathedral. Charlotte Street etc.)

It is a quiet hotel in a very quiet street, but very close to the Ariapita Avenue with bars and restarants etc, My room was well epuipped with airco, a fridge and tea and coffe facilties. There is a taxi service to and from the airport.

That's my first taxi driver wasn't fully inform of my departure so I had to get another one He wasn't bad But I prefer one driver

Aside from the narrow doorway, I'm not sure my short stay and "low key" demeanor allowed me to reflect on this aspect. Generally, I'd say improvement is always possible. Perhaps it would be nice if the guests were given bottled water and there were coffee/tea in the room, it would enhance the experience.

The location was excellent, close to a prime spot in Port of Spain. It also had the added benefit of convenience for me to be able to walk to where I needed to go. A supermarket and a variety of places for food were also very much nearby and in great supply.

It’s a guest house , so a basic level of accommodation with the room opening onto shared kitchen area. Fortunately my neighbours were quiet at night time. The airport pick up, who was a hotel staff member, turned up at the airport 30 minutes after I got through arrivals.

Location was excellent, very close to a nice street with bars and restaurants, yet I heard no noise. The room was clean and functional.

According my opinion it could be little bit bigger but if somebody will stay there alone it's enough.

A bit encerrado (how do you say that in English?) Port of Spain is such a sleepy town; nothing happening.

Good location and the administrative guy always responds messages. All in all, very good service.

I know that the facility has cameras however, I will like to recommend deadbolt to the room doors as an added layer of protection.

I like the location to various eating places, to which you can walk to. The area was very quiet, and you can bring your friends over and have an hangout or lime in the back yard of the building, which is great 👍. I will stay there again and will recommend it to others.

Extremely helpful owner who can arrange reliable full day taxi tours to explore the island. Just plan your trip and tell the driver where to go. We used it twice and it was better and cheaper than renting a car. Location is extremely close to the leisure area of the town, but safe and quiet.

Good location , close to the ferry port . Excellent driver picked us up and took us to the property . Air conditioning and tv , table and chairs , sofa , bathroom and kitchenette.

Nothing that was of significance.

The location is excellent. Lots of restaurants, other eateries and small convenience shops to buy water etc. close by. Also reasonably close to a lot of the major sites if you don't mind a bit of walking. They arranged pick up and drop off at the airport - very convenient. Also exchanged $US into local currency at a good rate. Quite happy with the level of security.

I loved the location right next to 'The Avenue'. Due to my flight being cancelled/ changed, I only had one night. The bed was comfy and the shared courtyard was great.
