Hard to find. Tired. Green exit sign in the room was very bright and made it hard to sleep.

Fine hotel. We did not come for the hot spring, tho. It was just a convenient stopover during our drive around the island of Taiwan. Large room. Good view. Solid breakfast. Clean. Close to Geopark.

When requesting more bottles of water, Only 2 bottles of water could offer at one time. This is the only one hotel has this rule from over 20 hotels I had lived.

The hotel facility is great. The hot spring is just as good as Beitoou. Close to the fishing port where you can buy the fresh sea food. The beach is just right there but it is not well maintained. The hotel's surrounding area is run down and although not hotel's responsibility, it does distract from enjoyment of the stay.

The parking spot is really not enough. There are at most 30+ parking spaces but this facility has over 50-60 rooms. Some of the tenants are forced to park at the stree side. And this place is really difficult to reach via public transportation. During the checkin especially during summer weekends, it can be a mess. The check in time is 15:30 and up to 16:15 we still can't get our room. Hopefully the check in process can be further improved.

The location is excellent. It is right at the Emerald Bay beach with about 50m walking distance to the beach. The view of the rooms are excellent especially those facing the beach. The room is comfortable, large for a family of 5 and clean. The bed are comfortable and the bathroom with shower facility is roomy. The availability of cribs and shower tub for infants are greatly appreciated. The gym is decent and is quite empty most of the time. The gym center has a great view of the beach too. There is a tap center close to the beach to allow the beach goers to clean up themselves before returning. In addition, there is an onsen available on site for the guests, it is not bad but probably more suitable for colder days. The hotel breakfast is decent, not spectacular, with mostly Chinese breakfast selections. It is about 500m walk to Guihou port region, with plenty of seafood restaurants available. The prices are a bit pricy and it is too tourisy, still not a bad choice for those who like to taste fresh seafood at the restaurants. During certain days there are live performance (dring our stay there was live violin performance) so that could be a nice add on.

Didn’t appreciate when the front desk told us our room still isn’t ready by 5pm. And during our stay the hot spring wasn’t available. Bur they did offer free tickets to the hot spring for future trips.

The "gym" only has a few cardio machines and a sit-up bench. It'd be great if they bought a set of weights or some kind of weights machine - there's space to add something more

im expecting that still have a swimming pool..i hope you return the swimming im very sure many filipino people who work here in taiwan can stay to your hotel..

What we dont like is facilities are very few. Since the location is the bay area, having an outside pool is a better option for thise who dont use the sauna/spa facilities especially with with childrens. It seems that this hotel only serves for adult. not a children friendly area.

An update of the facility: the pool is gone, so no swimming at the hotel. The whole hotel seemed understaffed. The facility was not open to the public at the time of our visit. There is no staff in the SPA when contacted. The staffs were too busy that they seemed to have rush everything. Besides, the coffee at the breakfast tasted aweful.

The location is great. It is very close to the beach and the port. The room is clean and descent. The hotel offers slippers that allow one to wear on the beach. It is a good choice if you'd like to stay close to either of the destinations.
