The best accommodation in Kaohsiung! It is a backpackers hostel, but if you chose one private room, you will get more than in a hotel! All shared places were excellent. The room was cleaned every day - every day fresh bedsheet, towels and water bottles! The staff was exceptionally friendly.

unfortunately our room 901 was on the street side and very loud, as the windows are not blocking any noise at night. The other rooms don’t have a window at the street so try and get a different than ours.

We stayed in a private room, which was very big and comfortable. The bathroom is good and clean. They have a cheap laundry machine and a dryer. Location is next to the metro and the Central Park. Very good hostel to stay a few nights. We actually stayed here 4 nights with two different bookings and it was no problem for the staff to get them together so we didn’t had to change rooms.

The bathroom could have been cleaned more often or more thoroughly. There were often hair on the floor in the toilets. Hard to make sure everything is super clean all the time though when it's such a big hostel. Didn't find any problem with the showers though, they were quite clean. The lockers in the room were very small - you can't fit a laptop in there, just the basic valuables.

Good central location, close to MRT and not far from Liuhe Night Market. All the facilities you need for a comfortable stay - the lounge area was large and clean, although more power sockets would have been nice. Staff was helpful and there was always one of them who spoke English. There was information about the main attractions ready at hand. Beds had curtains for privacy which also kept the light out very efficiently. Power sockets and good internet. Nice to have a female-only wing, especially the bathroom, even though I suspect some of the male guests used it too instead of walking up to the next floor for the male bathroom. Not sure what the hostel staff can do though, it's clearly marked everywhere that it's for women only. Wasn't a problem for me (I only saw one guy brushing his teeth once) but it's a little annoying that some men don't respect this, especially when for some women it's very important to be able to relax when doing your facial routine or taking a shower in a female-only space. Maybe it will be better to make the whole floor female-only, and the next floor male-only?

The bed was hard and we didn't sleep very well. It was noisy outside being on the main street. The washing machines on the top floor were expensive and didn't really clean or rinse our clothes.

Easy check-in, great location for exploring the city, 5 minute walk from the metro. The room was clean and quiet, window was small. We asked for a kettle which wasn't a problem.

The toilet room number is not really enough when they have a lot of guests.

The location is good. The staffs are friendly. The lobby is so convenient. The room and bed are good.

the bathrooms could be cleaner. the luggage storage is not ideal (without tags). the staff could be slightly more flexible when it comes to check-in (arrived at 15:35 and had to wait 25min to access the room).

The hostel I really like and stayed at before in Kaohsiung was fully booked so I came here and was really happy with my stay. The bed is super comfortable and warm with a curtain for privacy, a light, and a charging outlet. The bathroom was clean and with hot water. There's a fully equipped kitchen downstairs with a toaster oven, microwave, stove, and fridge. It's also not far from Kaohsiung main station and next to the metro and some bus stops. Very clean and cozy place would definitely stay again

The place was much nicer than I expected. The last place I stayed at in Kaoshiung was really nice and I was going to stay there again but it was booked so I came here and was very happy with my stay. The beds are comfortable, everything was clean, and there’s a fully equipped kitchen. I originally booked one night and stayed for 2 because I liked the place. I would stay there again

The only thing that I don't like about the room is the humidity of the bed, I dun know where it came from cuz it's not humid in the air of the room.

I love the entire setting of the personal space in the room, where there are a locker and a dedicated space for luggage. This is convenient to reach stuff I need with full privacy. And I didn't have to worry about my valuables safety.

The curtain didn't cover my entire bunk, so I didn't have as much privacy as I expected. It was too short and not wide enough to cover the entire bed.

The staff was very friendly. The bed was comfy. There was lots of space in the bunk area.

Checking in was quite easy and the staff was very friendly. As soon as I walked in it seemed like a very friendly and warm environment. I think this would be a perfect place for solo travelers seeing that they had a game room and open lounge area to relax. The location of the hostel was perfect and very convenient. It was just a quick bus ride to the Love River and a few minutes walk from some local bars and restaurants. The room itself was clean, beds were comfortable, and the size of the room was perfect for two people.

The rooftop wifi was quite slow, but still works.

The staff was super friendly, they will recommend you the best place in the city once you ask them. The location was also very convenient, it was near the MRT central park exit 2. For my Muslim friend, the toilet also uses a water gun.
