The cleanliness of the common toilet and there is no change of bedsheets for common shared rooms

The lack of the windows in the room. We booked it at the last moment but during our stay in Taiwan we found better value for money options (even in Taipei)

The room was quite small but for such an area well planned. I appreciated that lockers were also on the top level of beds. The hostel was very clean. The night market was just behind the corner.

The rooms are a bit small and brakfast could use a bit more variety (I particularly can't have caffeine and struggled to find drink options that didn't have caffeine outside of milk on some days).

The best part about this hotel is the location. It is literally within the Ningxia Night Market. Breakfast is also okay and had some local dishes as options which was great. While the rooms are older, they are kept relatively clean.

Before I selected this hostel, I wrote to ask if storage of luggage over one night was accepted. The reply was okay by email. But when I asked on the spot, the staff told me storage over one night was not “encouraged”. I was a bit shocked not only because of the deviated answer from the email reply but also the answer” not encouraged”! As traveller, I needed a definite answer allowed or not allowed. When I demanded a clear or definite answer, the reply is “presumably no”! How Ridiculous it was!

Beds were hard, there was little space in the dorm room as well. So it was very crammed for 4 people in total. The bathrooms were also not the cleanest.

It's really a hotel, so check-in and personnel is also at that level. Breakfast was good as well. The staff was also very much helping in getting me to store my luggage.

I stayed during the new years period so it was quite expensive but that’s fine because a lot of hotels were booked out

Great location right next to the night market! Easy check in and I had free breakfast included in my stay. My bunk mates were all really respectful n quiet during my stay so I had pretty restful nights. The bunk bed comes with a locker that’s specious enough for a carry on luggage plus a duffel! I would come back again :)

I am only reviewing for the dormitory part (for all other readers) The dormitory is really cramped and being assigned to the upper deck of the bunk bed I would need to climb the little ladder which makes a bit of noise with every step. May need to check the hinges of the steps. The curtain for privacy is not long enough.

The toilet is small. If you have long legs, it will be a challenge to sit on the toilet bowl without hitting the door in front of you. Haha.

Just right beside the famous Ningxia Night Market. Walking distance to other good spots as well. It's actually a hotel, and they allocated some rooms to be shared / dorm type. So, the whole operations is like a hotel - from check-in to cleaning the rooms, etc.

The dorm room for 4 pax female was a bit small and crammed. No space to keep large suitcase.

Its about 8 mins walk away from MRT station and 1 min walk to Ning Xia Night Market street. Surrounded by many eateries on both side of the main street. Good location. Good hotel, friendly staff and good breakfast. Like the large storage box to store personal item with key. Breakfast is included.

I stayed in a dorm for four people and it was really small. Luckily there were only two uf us that night, with four people it would be hard to move! Was okay for one night but would not have stayed longer in the dorm. I saw some private rooms as the doors were open and they looked better.

Location is good, nice staff, clean room and facilities. Good value for price! I didn't have breakfast but it looked nice.
