Not really a dislike but I got unlucky in my room being beside a bunch of loud kids on a school trip. However I was able to easily change my room to a much nicer and quieter room without question.

It’s an apartment style bedroom with en-suite. Pier view is nice. The bed is really comfortable compared to other places I stayed in on the trip.

The shower’s water leaked into the room, apparently something was broken in the divisions between the bathroom and the bedroom.

Excellent location and easy access. Good view and it was quiet too. The coffee machine in the lobby is great too.

The air conditioning was fixed at 22 degrees C and cannot be adjusted. It was too cool for my taste, but they provided extra blankets upon request . We sleep pretty well.

The hotel doesn't have twin rooms. Soundproof could be better (I could hear clearly the snoring noise from the next room).

the room is quite small but clean and well equipped, with great natural light from a big window with a nice view. Very good location, close to the Pier Art Center, with good access to bus and subway. Friendly staff.

Service of the reception at night can be improved

Small but cosy for a 2night stay. Location was good with walking distance of around 10+ minutes to mrt and buses available. Clean make up of room daily.

The bathroom is a little tiny but other than that, no issues!

Great location just next to Pier 2 warehouse and LRT station. Despite being a single room, I was given a double bed which is very comfortable. Self-service laundry is available in the basement.

Room quite small if you are tall and more than one traveling suggest to book larger room. Some facilities in the room not well maintained like clothing hooks a bit loose depending on the rooms assigned to you. Corner room smaller window due to column of building, you can ask if can take a look before checking in.

The fitout is modern and water pressure strong. You won’t hear the street but you can hear from next door. Pray for the good neighbors.

There will be some noise in the room. I guess is come from the water pipe!? but not so often so it is acceptable. The wall and the door is not thick or good enough for sound insulation, I can hear someone talking and walking at the corridor.

The room is clean. As I am assigned to the 11th floor and the view is stunning! The location is quite good if you. It only take 5mins to the circular light rail station and of course the Pier2.

Nothing really.

The room is nicely decorated, clean, and well maintained. The location is perfect if you want to stay around the pier. It is easy enough to get an Uber or take the tram into the center. There's an OK Cafe, a convenience store nearby. there are also a number of restaurants and cafes around the area. The ferry to Cijin Island is walking distance and there are plenty of street art and public installations around.

The room was tiny and cable box placed haphazardly on tv, which didn’t even work. Had to call down 3x to get it replaced. Rather pricey hotel but no breakfast or specks amenities offered.

Excellent location right near Pier2 and all that fabulous art.
