The location is a hotel area surrounded by similar buildings so it doesn’t feel as local as other areas, but it’s well placed to easily get to and from.

Beautiful, luxury space with lovely touches, enormous rooms with comfortable beds and space to relax. The gym was incredibly well supplied and the facilities were beautifully maintained. The staff were really friendly and helpful and we appreciated the extra touches - such as letting us leave our bags there before our check-in and then finding them in our room. They also left some Taiwanese childhood snacks for us to try.

I personally don’t like robots because they replace the human jobs. It’s a cute gimmick but I hope they continue using human staff.

Pure luxury. So much automation you feel like you’re in the future. The infinity pool is unforgettable. It’s like you’re swimming over the city below. I hadn’t brought goggles so splurged so that I could see the city through the water. And it was worth it! The staff are friendly and caring. It’s a very new hotel and it feels well maintained and fresh. It really does feel like a resort and not just a hotel. Great advice from the fella in the Rar Bar about where to go for great Teppanyaki nearby. Handy location with buses and the light tram nearby.

We were captivated by the interior and design the moment we stepped into the hotel. Fantastic view from the lobby and room. The room is spacious, clean and comfortable. It is conveniently accessible by the subway. The staff are friendly and helpful. We will stay in the hotel again if we go Kaohsiung.

Unbelievable staff who helped my family with their reservations during the typhoon. Professional and friendly without being overly attentive and formal. You have to learn to use the different sets of elevators--otherwise you may be waiting for a while! Just budget enough time to get out if you are trying to catch the tram or you have an Uber waiting for you downstairs. It is a truly unique hotel location, but room prices can be very high (especially around holidays).

This hotel is in an amazing location with beautiful view of the "Love River" and nearby harbor. The swimming pool also has stunning views. It feels very luxurious. We really enjoyed our stay there.

l believe the house keeping team adheres a high standard in cleaning process, hence we were not able to check in any earlier than the standard checkin time.

Very comfortable room and welcoming staff, complimentary snacks and drink are generous, all products used in the room are high end, loved the Japanese futon lounge, view and window light are superb.

The pool was closed for maintenance the day we arrived - however we were compensated with a bottle of wine.

Great location - close the Tram and train line. Near to the Dream mall. Little walk to the waterfront and great routes for running nearby. The pool and view are amazing but due to the terrible weather we couldn't really use it. Room was large with comfy beds. 12pm checkout was a great addition.

There were hair in the shower and a piece of garbage in the corner of the room which is absolutely unacceptable from a five star hotel. Bedding were a little rough to the touch.

Location is great and the view is pretty nice. Love the vibe in the lobby and foods are decent overall. Staff were relatively friendly.
