We loved the modern, tasteful and chic design. The room was beautifully decorated, zen/ relaxed atmosphere, the view was outstanding. We made good use of the infinity pool. The staff at the lobby and the concierge were polite, professional and friendly. I will definitely comeback.

The location is a hotel area surrounded by similar buildings so it doesn’t feel as local as other areas, but it’s well placed to easily get to and from.

Beautiful, luxury space with lovely touches, enormous rooms with comfortable beds and space to relax. The gym was incredibly well supplied and the facilities were beautifully maintained. The staff were really friendly and helpful and we appreciated the extra touches - such as letting us leave our bags there before our check-in and then finding them in our room. They also left some Taiwanese childhood snacks for us to try.

I personally don’t like robots because they replace the human jobs. It’s a cute gimmick but I hope they continue using human staff.

Pure luxury. So much automation you feel like you’re in the future. The infinity pool is unforgettable. It’s like you’re swimming over the city below. I hadn’t brought goggles so splurged so that I could see the city through the water. And it was worth it! The staff are friendly and caring. It’s a very new hotel and it feels well maintained and fresh. It really does feel like a resort and not just a hotel. Great advice from the fella in the Rar Bar about where to go for great Teppanyaki nearby. Handy location with buses and the light tram nearby.

Its staff. They really tried to give you all the help that you needed. We were treated extremely well. Its decoration and architect are also very pleasing. We toured its library floor and the ground floor. The cab area is also well open and well attended by the host. You get pampered. The room is very nice with clean lines. The bathroom is also top notch with the latest touch. Very classy. The seating area (Japanese style) near the window is a treat. We had our snacks sitting near the big bay window watching some sun rise and sunset. An experience that is only to this hotel. We are very glad that we have experienced this place. We had been in Han Lai. It was also nice. But this seating area near the window will make us choose Tai Urban over Han Lai.

It would be better if the glass doors of the bathroom and toilet allow more privacy.

We were captivated by the interior and design the moment we stepped into the hotel. Fantastic view from the lobby and room. The room is spacious, clean and comfortable. It is conveniently accessible by the subway. The staff are friendly and helpful. We will stay in the hotel again if we go Kaohsiung.

Unbelievable staff who helped my family with their reservations during the typhoon. Professional and friendly without being overly attentive and formal. A special thanks to Adrian who received us at the taxi drop off. And to the genuinely welcoming lady at the gym, sorry I didn't get her name. Beautiful buffet, thank you chefs! Can't wait to return!

You have to learn to use the different sets of elevators--otherwise you may be waiting for a while! Just budget enough time to get out if you are trying to catch the tram or you have an Uber waiting for you downstairs. It is a truly unique hotel location, but room prices can be very high (especially around holidays).

This hotel is in an amazing location with beautiful view of the "Love River" and nearby harbor. The swimming pool also has stunning views. It feels very luxurious. We really enjoyed our stay there.

l believe the house keeping team adheres a high standard in cleaning process, hence we were not able to check in any earlier than the standard checkin time.

Very comfortable room and welcoming staff, complimentary snacks and drink are generous, all products used in the room are high end, loved the Japanese futon lounge, view and window light are superb.
