I stayed here so that I could visit Alishan. It is in a great location. Very close to the train and buses as well as one of the night markets and some of the other sights in Chiayi. The room is quite small, but as a solo traveler I did not mind. It is a fair price for a private room and bathroom. There is no natural light in the room and the lights arent very bright, so it might not be a place you want to hang out, but this didn't bother me because I was out most of the day and only returned to go to sleep.

The bed is tiny and very hard.

Location is good. Staff are nice and helpful. We stayed in private room with bathroom which was very convinience. Common area are nice. Lift for baggage is a plus.

The bedsheet and pillow sheet could be improved. The locker located inside the room. The room size is quite small and no space to put luggage.

Strategic location which near to the night market and the train station. Staff are friendly. There's a common area with board games, sofa etc. overall its quite clean.

The structure under the upper bunk bed (not all upper bunk bed) was noisy when someone move.

There was no lift, it wasn't a real problem for me since I was on the ground floor but for those with big or many pieces of luggage, it can be a bit bothersome. The kitchen was on the 5th floor so a bit discouraging.

My dorm room was on the ground floor so very convenient. They provide slippers, personnal lockers, the bathrooms are not shared with everyone but only with the people of the room, it was very close to the station and the Wenhua Night Market (6 and 10min by foot) The staff was really nice and smiley! They helped me keep the same bed because I wanted to stay a night longer and did it quickly! The social room was okay. The bed matress was okay.

The location is quite convenient and the arrangement is good. As I am arriving a bit late, they support self-check in which is very good and the operation is smooth. It is a nice place to stay and with good pricing.

They need to improve their pest control management. I had encountered a little centipede in their washroom at my room when I’m wake up for toilet in the middle of night. I had put so much efforts to get it into the toilet bowl but their water flushing of the bowl are damn low. The centipede can’t even flush away with their bike flushing system and it keep climbing up from the bowl.

The facilities were great and the common space area was clean. Individual beds had their own locker that was accessible using the room cards.

The staff knew close to zero English, which made communications a burden. Every little thing needed Google translate. Also, I disliked the greedy policy of charging 200 NT$ for early checkin. If the room is ready, just let people in. Don't nickel and dime us.
