- The sink was in the main room as opposed to the bathroom, which I found weird, but it didn't really affect anything. - There's a bit of black mould starting in some places of the bathroom, which is understandable, but I would advise the hotel to address this. - The bathroom door didn't fit in the doorway properly - You had to wait for a long time (literally a couple of minutes) for hot water to start running, this was inconvenient. - Breakfast time is from 7 a.m. to 9:30 a.m. That was too early for me. - It was too cold in the breakfast area, I had to wear a jacket, but I guess that depends on the person.

- Overall the room felt new - The bed and pillows were comfy and the bed linen was high quality. However, the bed was short (I'm 173cm and it was already noticeable for me), keep that in mind. - Nice expensive smelling toiletries - There were complimentary water (4x0.5 bottles every day!), tea, coffee. There was a kettle and a coffee machine as well. - There was a mini fridge - Nice leather slippers provided in the room - The staff offered me umbrella when it was raining, it was a nice touch! - The location is okay. There is a metro station ~5 min away and several bus stops. Think 30 min to get to sightseeing places (either close ones by foot or further ones by transportation). - Breakfast was good, not a lot of choice, but the menu was partially changing every day. - Good cleaning every day - There's a convenient bus shuttle to the airport that stops nearby (literally 3 min walking distance)

I have to say I think we got lucky with this hotel. It felt like we had everything we needed from transport to shops, and it just felt like it was central enough to all attractions. One thing I have to say is that I love the welcome they give you every time you go out and come back in. The breakfast was amazing, I read in some comments that people were disappointed that they didn't have continental breakfast. I mean, what do you expect and what they did serve, I loved everything, especially the scallion pancake and the dumpling, I believe downright delicious. if ever I do come back to Taiwan, I do believe that is where I shall stay. Huge thanks to all the amazing staff, as I am writing this now I also remember how I forget a charger and one of the staff came all the way to the shuttle bus stop to come give it to me which I really appreciate. Thank you 😊

The pillows were very flat and we could feel the springs on the bed. It was quite uncomfortable to sleep.

Great location near Da’an MRT on the red line, very convenient for getting around the major attractions in Taipei. The area is very safe and you can see police strolling around quite frequently. The building is new and modern, compared to many other hotels at a similar price point. Unlimited coffee and tea for guests which was a big pro. The breakfast spread was excellent. Friendly staff as well!

Some of the appliances in the room were a bit dated, but it was otherwise clean and cozy.

Comfortable, clean room with great view and amenities. Friendly, helpful staff. Excellent location close to several key subway lines, restaurants, shopping, and Daan Park. Breakfast had a variety of Taiwanese and Western foods that changed from day to day. We stayed here for 6 nights and would return again.

Some of the warm breakfast items were not so warm anymore when we arrived towards the end of breakfast time.

We got a room upgrade which was so nice especially after the long flight. The bed and pillows were super comfortable, it had big windows with a view, soap and shampoo were really nice, it was very clean, … great experience overall! Also the free coffee, tea and water throughout the day was good. Very friendly staff! Just a 5 min walk to the nearest MRT station

Breakfast could improve.

Excellent experience in this lovely boutique hotel! The staff were friendly, attentive and helpful, check in was smooth, seamless and fast. 24hs coffee and snack bar was available throughout the stay. Rooms were spacious and nice, well decorated, well lit and heated, even the toilet has a dedicated room heater, which in the Taipei winter was much appreciated. We got a room with a nice view and bathtub!! We needed to store our luggage and that process was even enjoyable, pick up of our belongings was swift and uneventful. Overall they really did a good job.

Beds are really short. I’m 1.75 and could barely fit in the queen bed (in length), my husband is even taller so for him it was a big joke

Location was a bit off the main road, park views are lovely and the vibe is surprisingly calm and relaxing considering how central it is! Great access to a MRT train station - easy to get to Taipei 101 and east/west through the city. Room was gorgeous, the enormous tub was an excellent surprise and we slept extremely well on the bed. Felt absolutely enormous after hotel rooms in Europe 😆 The staff were extremely friendly and helpful.

Walls a bit thin. When people walked outside the room or a baby cried in another room on the same floor you could hear it. Breakfast was a bit underwhelming (choices and taste). Only 1 elevator.

The staff were extremely friendly and hospitable! Everytime we step into the lobby we felt really welcomed :) they will go through the extra mile to ensure that we are comfortable. They also gave us an upgrade room to celebrate our anniversary, and a lovely handmade card. The room is really clean, and has a beautiful interior design. We will definitely come back here again. The door in the room was not really soundproof so I can hear other residents in the same floor walking by or talking. There was also one sugar bag in my room that was not well sealed so when I used it, it accidentally spilled out. But I’d say probably this experience just one-off, not intentional.

Well equipped & designed room with taste; the TV monitor will show your name with program menu available in several language. Tea bags & coffee capsules are there with several options. Café in the ground floor also provides variety of foods (both Asian and western kinds) and drinks, with bar inside. Friendly staff that will give clear instructions. Highly recommended.

Nothing in particular. Maybe the 5-minute walk to the MRT station (1-minute walks are common in Taipei).

This is a great boutique hotel that is exceptionally clean. The rooms are spacious while the lobby is tiny. Many of the rooms have a balcony with a view of quiet and park-like school grounds. The bathroom comes with both a separate shower area and a bathtub, and there is a Nescafe machine in the room. Windows are large, and there is heating in the bathroom. Generally excellent.
