Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

SingaporeThe bathroom would be better if there are more shelves to put stuff. The terrace is great but due to the proximity to the paddy fields, there are mosquitoes so it's not feasible to sit outside to enjoy the view. The path from the lobby to the rooms was also wet from the rain and there were puddles of water (might want to wear slip-resistant shoes).
The service of the staff was great! They were quick to respond to enquiries and were friendly and approachable! Upon request, they even went out their way to drive us to and fro from the train station! They introduced the facilities of the room to us and offered welcome tea as we checked in between 3-5pm. The location is also great! The entire town of ChiShang is pretty small and the accommodation is 600m from the train station. We didn't walk as we have luggages with us. Within walking distance to eateries and morning market. The view of the paddy fields and mountains was also great! The room is big and comfortable. Every devices was working fine - TV, Air-conditioning, Fridge, Water Heater. The bed was comfortable! The bathroom amenities (shampoo, body wash) were also great! They also provided free bikes, umbrellas!

Superbly comfortable place with the best view over the mountains and peddle field. Professional hospitality and exceptional friendly staffs. They organized evening events on the New Year's Eve and New Year with generous food and snacks. They have spacious lobby and a common room with 24 hours supply of drinks and snacks. They have breakfast coupons which covers most of the best local eating places. We have excellent breakfast - the best rice offers - at the hotel next-door. A special gem at Chisang.

SingaporeThe receptionist are not station in the hotel all the time and we needed to contact via local line or line messaging. This require us to have access to both and may be troublesome for those who do not have.
Excellent service and view from hotel. The rooms were clean and little gestures like welcome pack and messages to make you feel at home. Snacks and lounge area provided additional space for us to relax and chill after the activities of the day. Though the lodging does not provide food, they gave ample snacks and instant noodles and drinks for our refreshments. They also gave vouchers to shop and eat at nearby shops. Bicycles were also prepared for us to use at no extra cost. Fantastic place and would love to come back again.
