I like how spacious the room was and the bathroom was exceptional for me. I didn’t expect a Japanese toilet to be in a hotel. Check in was easy, staff was very helpful.

Quite far from Taichung High Speed railway Station. The nearest train station is also a bit far (wuquan station).

Building new and fresh, staff super friendly and quick to respond. Free mini bar. Family mart adjacent, lots of restaurants and cafes nearby. Good soundproofing. Family room has 2 very comfortable queen beds. Buffet breakfast is delicious.

The only thing I do not like is the quilt which is very thick and non-breathable...even with air-conditioning, I felt too warm at midnight and woke up in sweat...

It was a pleasant stay, the hotel is new and the room has everything you need for a short stay. The hotel is nice enough to offer a selection of Taiwanese snacks. Breakfast was good with standard Chinese and Western options, and surprisingly many curry dishes. The concierge is quick to respond to my needs.

My wife and I were up-graded to a twin double room with good view in the extension block. Location of the hotel was good. Everything were newly constructed and clean. Staff were extremely effecient and helpful.

Turn down service greatly needs improvement. Trash was left behind despite having the room cleaned. Not everything was refilled.

Staff were exceptionally attentive and go the extra mile to help despite the language barrier. They even anticipated it would be a cold day and provided us with hand warmers.

Sound proof could be better. We could still hear some noise but it's not very annoying overall.

Hotel is very new and staff are all professional. I had one request to have my pillow changed the second morning and it was actually met the evening we got back. The room was very spacious and clean, and room service was prompt without being intrusive. The only thing is location could have been more central but given that it is actually near quite a number of interesting sites such as Shengji New Village and the National Taiwan Museum of Fine Arts as well as the Cultural Centre, it is well worth the money.

The buildings are not all belong to the hotel. Need to share the same elevators and parking lots with others.

The room was perfect with a bathtub, movie chanels, and a mini bar. It's also big enough to open two luggages.

We wanted an accomodation in the city that could house us comfortably, allow us to be able to access to convenience store. As a family of 5, we were pleasantly glad to find that this hotel could accommodate all of us comfortably in one room. The best part is having two shower stores within one spacious bathroom that could speed up the efficiency of getting everyone cleaned every night. The space was really good. We could leave open all 5 luggage and still walk around, have a corner to lounge, snack and watch TV. We wanted functionality, comfort for our family size and this hotel offered just that.

Toilet lacked hooks inside the dry toilet area to hang up clothes.

Very clean, friendly staff, good location. Booked family room for 3-gen family and it was comfortable for all of us. Kids loved the snacks at the lobby and in the room. Helped to make them feel comfortable while the adults unpacked and settled in.

I think the management should pay attention on the streaming platform update as we were directed to do upgrade manually, but it just a small matter since their staffs are 24/7 on call to resolve problems.

Location is superb, easy access by cab or public transport, we did not encounter any difficulty traveling from Taichung HSR Station by cab, it is located near to WuQuan Train Station too. Great neighborhood as there are many authentic and modern eatery places nearby, nice for street photo shooting too! Front Desk staffs are friendly and helpful, smooth check-in/check-out, they are very attentive by solving problem of the room during our stays too. Despite the lift lobby is a little distanced from the Main Lobby, but there is a security room right opposite the lifts which is really safe, and we can reach FamilyMart convenient shop (quite a big branch) within short walking-distance which located just right at the corner of the building ground floor. Will return and stay in future for our next Taichung trip, keep up the good work!
