Nothing serious, just felt a bit off when we checked in because we had to walk through a weird path to get to our elevator, which felt like the loading dock. But once we got up to our floor, it looks like any other hotel.

Food selection was really good and rooms were spacious and clean! There's also a foot massage place connected to the hotel so if you're tired, its just next door.

No desk to work on within the room. WiFi went off every now and then, not a big deal though. We could easily reconnect so you won't face a connection drought anyway. Location's a little far out but still many shops and eateries around. Family mart is just downstairs as well.

Exceptionally friendly staff and welcoming drinks at the lobby spoiled us. Really spacious room. The in-room snack bar was a nice touch. There's even a coffee machine in the room! Breakfast buffet selection is simple but has a good variety that satisfied us. Loved it.

Bed was on the firmer side, bathroom can be more clean (yellow stain on walls, dust on higher shelves), can be quite loud when raining due to plastic cover on roof

Probably, the breakfast selection can be improved. It was great but i am looking forward to more chinese delicacies.

Nothing to not like just the small double room was really too small.

The room was comfortable, loved the little nook where I could store all the luggage. The tiny room that my daughter had was really very tiny :( The breakfast was a good spread and tasty. For a two night accommodation can't complain.

I like how spacious the room was and the bathroom was exceptional for me. I didn’t expect a Japanese toilet to be in a hotel. Check in was easy, staff was very helpful.

Quite far from Taichung High Speed railway Station. The nearest train station is also a bit far (wuquan station).

Building new and fresh, staff super friendly and quick to respond. Free mini bar. Family mart adjacent, lots of restaurants and cafes nearby. Good soundproofing. Family room has 2 very comfortable queen beds. Buffet breakfast is delicious.

The only thing I do not like is the quilt which is very thick and non-breathable...even with air-conditioning, I felt too warm at midnight and woke up in sweat...

It was a pleasant stay, the hotel is new and the room has everything you need for a short stay. The hotel is nice enough to offer a selection of Taiwanese snacks. Breakfast was good with standard Chinese and Western options, and surprisingly many curry dishes. The concierge is quick to respond to my needs.

My wife and I were up-graded to a twin double room with good view in the extension block. Location of the hotel was good. Everything were newly constructed and clean. Staff were extremely effecient and helpful.

Turn down service greatly needs improvement. Trash was left behind despite having the room cleaned. Not everything was refilled.

Staff were exceptionally attentive and go the extra mile to help despite the language barrier. They even anticipated it would be a cold day and provided us with hand warmers.

Sound proof could be better. We could still hear some noise but it's not very annoying overall.

Hotel is very new and staff are all professional. I had one request to have my pillow changed the second morning and it was actually met the evening we got back. The room was very spacious and clean, and room service was prompt without being intrusive. The only thing is location could have been more central but given that it is actually near quite a number of interesting sites such as Shengji New Village and the National Taiwan Museum of Fine Arts as well as the Cultural Centre, it is well worth the money.
