A bit worn furniture, bathtub not decalcified, smelled like cigarettes left by previous guests. Please don't be fooled by the photo on the main page, it's a 30cm deep pool... so don't count on swimming.

Comfortable large bed, hot tub was great, the view from the toilet on the wall of greenery something wonderful.

The swimming pool is very shallow, as in knee deep. Our kids were quite disappointed in the beginning but had fun nonetheless.

It was a bit chilly at night and there wasn't any heating. But, it wasn't bad at all. I also don't recommend eating breakfast at the hotel. Just walk out to the main road, turn left and you will find a couple of good breakfast shops.

The location is pretty good for being in a semi-populated area. It's just off a main road and when you look out your window, you can see strawberries everywhere. We went there to pick strawberries and ended up picking them from a farmer who had her stand right next to the parking lot. The price was fair and the strawberries were delicious.

stairways is slippery and staff was not helpful extra bed that we need to pay was simply a thin mattress on the floor on such a cold weather. staff was reluctant to add another layer of mattress until I ask and with driver’s help. not the usual Taiwan warm and considerate people that I used to have impression

Television in the room was too small for a big room (4 pax) we had.

Staffs are friendly, we booked a two person room but was upgraded to a four person room. The bath tub was big. Small balcony where we can enjoy the night view outside. The bed was very comfortable!

The receptions were very rude and not approachable. The room was slanted and we were giddy from sleeping in it. The room and toilet were moldy and dirty. Wifi is not working at all. After telling the staff, they were nonchalant and unable to fix.

The location was in a walking distance from places which I want to go.

Big spacious room for 6 people and big hot spring bath tub. Near strawberry farms and Wineland Resort. Friendly and enthusiastic landlady. Highly Recommend!

Room didn't feel clean. We used wet wipes to wipe down the floors before letting our baby crawl and the wipes all turned brown. Super horrible design for bathroom. Window without blinds that lights up the entire bedroom whenever someone goes to the toilet at night. We had to use the flashlight from our phones when we needed to use the bathroom to avoid waking the rest up. Also, no floor ledge to separate shower area from rest of the bathroom. Entire floor got wet whenever someone showered. Just believe and trust the reviews of the rest of the folks. Every word is true. The photos of the room posted on booking.com are worlds apart from how the room actually looks.

Renovation is needed, especially the bathroom. Old with very low water pressure so it took a long while for showering. There is an absent of lift so good luck if you have heavy luggage, if they have bell boy or staff that can assist with the luggage this should help. TV is ridiculously small for its room size.

Location is great especially short drive to restaurants and the famous Dahu strawberry farm, and it even have a strawberry farm of its own right outside.

Facilities in the room looked old and not well maintained. Overall feel is not so fresh and we'll thought out, doesn't give a resort feel. For eg. design of sink doesn't allow you to fill water in kettle properly. Lacking toilet paper holder.

The mattress is a bit too soft. During the opening hours of the Strawberry Cultural Center there is constant music that can be heard.

The room was really clean. The hotel staff was very nice. We felt welcome! The room was large with large windows , it’s really comfortable. The swimming pool was clean as well. Very good !!

For the price we paid, we got an absolutely below-par room, which smelled like a smoking contest was held there the previous night. Wallpaper peeling off, dust everywhere, presence of mold, and altogether a room that looks like somewhere from the 0's. Pro tip: don't look behind and/or under things. You'll likely regret it. I'm a backpacking budget traveler, and I've seen my fair share of lousy hotels & guesthouses, but this one really topped it off. Especially considering the steep price. Did my fair share of complaining, but they could only provide 1 other room as we were a larger party. While slightly better, it was still far below expectations and we demanded something should be done about the mold that was also present in this room. Kinda to my surprise, they did manage to remove a large part of it but that simply did not make up for all the disappointments. The reception was of very little help. The lady just didn't seem to grasp the gravity of the situation and she felt like it was a proper place to stay. Numerous requests to ask to speak to the manager/owner yielded also no real result. The only other thing they could do was provide us with free breakfast. While at least something, no person should pay the price they ask for breakfast compared to what is given and the quality of it. Do not take the breakfast. Skip it and get something in town or order in in the morning.

Outstanding villa for a relaxing trip. The owner upgraded my room. The atmosphere is great there. Hotspring, room facilities are pretty nice. The staffs are quite friendly as well. I have a nice sleep here. :)
