The room is a little too small and it doesn’t have a window so for those who are claustrophobic might want to stay away from this.

It’s located within walking distance to Xi men ding and just opposite Xi men station exit. Super convenient. They also provide washing machine so we don’t have to bring a lot of clothing for long trip! Staff is super friendly. We asked for recommendations , they gave a good spread of list . Also special mention to Gina who served us during check in. She saw the room is for our parents, and the room bathroom comes with bathtub. She arranged to send a little stool for them to step into the tub!

Excellent location. Accessible by airport bus that goes Ximending. Comfortable bed and clean room. UCC coffee, hot beverages and light snacks are available at ground floor or basement 24/7.

Cannot beat the location - next to a metro entrance, so easy to get to main station. Washing machines in the basement, comfortable beds, helpful staff. To be honest, quality of service exceeded that of many more expensive places i have stayed. An excellent base for staying in Taipei; just 2-5 minutes from the busy Ximending. Hotel will organise a taxi for the airport - well worth it at 5.30am - NT$1200 is not to bad for 1-4 people.

The location of the hotel very convenient to mrt station, or bus stop. Hotel room n toilet very clean. Have a self service laundry and dryer. The front desk staff all very friendly and helpful.

Sound insulation is not good.

I like the service the hotel provide to us, have washing machine and cup noodle after 10pm. In the room, also have snack to us every day. I will recommend to friend and family if they need to travel and looking for hotel and i will stay in this hotel when i travel taipei next time.

The usage of the washing machine and dryer is too high especially for late night when everyone is back. Suggest to have more of the facilities. B1 space is under use so is best to convert the area to cater more washing machines and dryer. The toilet seats are not equipped with washlet which most of the similar class hotel are already providing. Suggest to change the toilets seats to washlet. 1 lift to serve the entire B1 to level 8 can be a long wait during peak period. Noise isolation can be better. can really hear your neighbours.

Location was superb with 2 train exits (exit 3 & 4) - XiMenDing Room was nicely made up daily and amenities were replaced as soon as they are opened Very friendly staff throughout the say. The free laundry service area is wonderful with washing machine and dryer available.

We spotted a cockroach in the room one night. When we reported it to the front desk, we realized our room was not the only one. Hotel said they cleaned the room but didn’t find the cockroach.

Good place to stay in Taipei due to its location. Hotel has washers and dryers, and provides snacks between 10pm - 12am. They prepared a cake as a surprise when they found out it was my birthday.
