Very central location, friendly staff. We were pleasantly surprised by the mid autumn celebration that the staff put up. There were BBQ , games, mooncakes and the staff were all decked out in Mario outfits.

A bit uncomfortable for private car, there are very busy traffics just in front of the hotel. You need to drop big luggages quickly as it's on the public street and then go to park at the property parking lot which is quite far from the hotel.

Cheap, Clean, and Comfy. Perfect for train traveller as it was very near to Taichung Station.

Conveniently located right behind Taichung Main Railway Station with Toroko Mall just up the road and plenty of eating places nearby. Hotel provides a hearty breakfast with plenty of variety. Free cold and hot beverages and water filling stations in the common area downstairs and free to use washing machines and dryers for guests. Themed rooms were nicely decorated. Our room was a Triple Room which had a study nook, refrigerator and kettle. Complimentary snacks, bottled water and tea/ coffee in the room too. Attention to details such as providing natural mosquito repellant spray for guests to use at the reception. The hotel held a mid-Autumn Festival BBQ and games with prizes during our stay for no extra cost. Staff are very helpful and friendly and nothing was too much trouble.

Receptionists were helpful n friendly especially Vica and Nic. Got free laundry service n it's great n convenient plus free drinks. Nice hotel. Will come back again if go Taichung

The room was a bit small, not a lot of space for the luggages, if we were to stay more than one night it might have bothered us.

Everything was great, relatively clean and fancy feeling, the staff were nice and the room had everything we needed. The breakfast had a lot I'd options and was very tasty overall. The location was just what we needed- very close to the train station.

Amazing value for money. Excellent location and breakfast. Of course it cannot compete with 5 star hotels but it also does not cost much so we need to judge this place based on its cost. Highly recommended, I will stay there again if I am in Taichung.

It is near Taichung Railway Station and there are many useful facilities to make the stay for the traveller better and easier.

On one day, there was a stinky smell in the front lobby and in a few of the halls.

Excellent breakfast with a great range of things to try. Free Assam milk tea, coffee, and lemon tea in the lobby, as well as free laundry. The staff were friendly and attentive. The room was not large, but it had a clean and modern look.

The room is very clean and cosy and conveniently located and easy to get to from the train station (note: Not HSR station but TRA train station). It is actually a nice place to stay especially for a quick stop-over.

The room’s decoration was a bit shocking (we got the Humpty Dumpty themed room).

Friendly counter staff, good location (very short walk from the station), clean room. There was also a good quality steamer available for use (apart from the standard iron) which was really great. Some complimentary drinks were also provided at the lobby.

The room was value for money and the hotel has many facilities available (washing machines, ironing, lounge area with drinks, etc.) Staff were also quick to respond to room service.
