Fancy hotel just outside the station. You can access from the metro exit. They offer you a welcome drink from free at their cafe. They also have a nice souvenir shop.

The old carpet and outdated bathrooms. The pillows were so soft, very hard to sleep. Basic facilities.

The location , early check-in, late check out and luggage storage facilities and complimentary coffee voucher. Staff were quite helpful and tried hard to assist us.

The room has a strong musty smell. Carpet needs to be updated. Staff rushed us out of breakfast room, feeling the pressure to eat breakfast as quickly as possible.

Needs an upgrade overall especially a proper patio area to allow cars to be able to safely drive in for pick up and drop off customers.

Facilities review: Our rooms were equipped with an automatic buttock cleaner but unfortunately, it did not function properly in either of the two rooms we booked. Despite bringing this to the attention of the staff, no action was taken to rectify the situation. The odor in the hotel was unpleasant damp odor. There is a significant need for the hotel to enhance its overall scent quality.

- Room deco looks old - Queen-sized bed is not really comfortable - No option for standing shower for Family Triple Room - Only bathtub option available which can be quite inconvenient for elderlies to use during shower

- Convenience stores like 711 and family mart are located just beside the hotel entrance - Directly accessible via Taipei main station exit M3 - Helpful staff at the hotel entrance as well as the morning buffet restaurant - Efficient service provided by the housekeeping team

The room was quite cold even though we turned off air conditioner. The menu of breakfast wasn't that variety. However, well prepared for parents.

The location was perfect to explore every places in taipei. Also convenient to take train to another city and bus to airport as well. We booked 2 rooms, both rooms suppose to be same size but as one of our family member couldn't join last minute, the allocated one room abit smaller than original booking without any explanation. Apart from that, that was good to stay with parents. All staff was helpful.
