The hotel is near to the outlet mall and aquarium. The hotel offers shuttle bus to the Taoyuan high speed railway, which makes it convenient to travel to other parts of Taiwan. The hotel is also near the subway station and Taiwan railway station. The staff is friendly and approachable. The check in and out process is smooth and fast.

hotel location is superb if you are planning to travel down south of Taiwan cities. Close to HSR station and Outlets.

At night when the mall closes down it can be a little confusing to get to the hotel from the MRT- just ask the security guards and they will point the way!

ROBOT PENGUIN WILL SERVE YOU WATER! Great location next to XPark (they even have a live view camera of one of the tanks so you can watch and relax at the end of the day). Large and varied breakfast spread! Walking distance to the MRT.

A bit hard to find reception as the entrance from the Gloria Outlets is to a floor of shops.

There weren’t much on at the surrounding area. If you don’t pay the hotel buffet breakfast, then it’s only convenient store for breakfast.

Room price could be a tad cheaper. A little bit high on the price of the room.

Location was not too bad - not exactly near nor far from the Taoyuan HSR station. Room was comfy and clean. Full amenities given. Nearby are some convenient stores if you need anything.

I would have appreciated to be able to arrange an early check-in. An additional fee is fully acceptabele when arriving at 7 am.

The hotel is close to the airport and adjacent to a mall with a selection of restaurants. The mall can be reached by a covered walkway. Excellent breakfast buffet with asian and continental breakfast.

The comfort and convenient location. Good sound proofing quiet room. Staff managed to put all 3 of our rooms next to each others. Free snacks and drinks from minibar is great for kids. Breakfast ambience is great with outdoor theme whilst indoor comfort

Nothing really. But if really need to be picky, I would say the breakfast (TWD 600 for 1 adult). The variety was great, the food layout was amazing and makes the food look appetizing. But, the western dishes are badly done (bacon was hard, French toast was dry etc...), but the Chinese dishes are great.

Location: 5-7 mins walk from the taoyuan mrt station. There is a shuttle bus service to the hotel, just that our arrival time is way too late. It is besides the Gloria Outlet shopping area (hope I got the name right). Attractive for those who likes to ship. Rooms: really comfortable &, very spacious for 3 king size beds (+ platform and 3 toilets (2 showers and 1 with bidet). The beds are really comfortable, firm and good support. Really. My back ache was much relieved after sleeping on it. Thankfully, this hotel was our last stop of the tour and we enjoyed it thoroughly. There is a PX mart (全联）opposite the hotel. I managed to buy good local seasonings & tidbits to bring back home.
