It is not a big deal for me personally, but the only thing that I can point out is that the hotel doesn't offer breakfast.

I liked the cleanliness and coziness of the room, as well as the view on Daan park, and the location in the heart of the city. Considering price and quality, this has by far been the most convenient and satisfactory stay we ever had in Taipei!

Maybe the entrance. The main door doesn’t look like a hotel. You can’t see the lobby inside because there’s no glass from both door and wall. Your can only that it is Dolamanco if you look up and see their signboard.

It’s location is very accessible to train station. There’s a nearby 7 eleven where we can buy our stuff and mostly snacks. :)) The staff is also approachable. They also offer free chips and refreshments.

Last minute brekky was pulled from the offer. No big deal as there are many places to nosh. Locality is good, quite part of town but right next to the MRT. Staff had superb attitude and were helpful with all our queries. Room and bath were clean and spotless. Highly recommended

It would’ve been nice to have some utensils and bowls, to eat some breakfast in the morning.

The location is perfect: outside of the busy areas but right next to the metro station which lies inbetween Taipei 101 and the city center. Both ways is only 8 minutes by train. It’s next to a busy road but the rooms noise isolation makes it very quiet. The park across the road is nice for a run.

when we live in 3 -4 people room, they only offer one room key and we have 3 friends live together instead of a family and we have our own different schedules and this makes us very inconvenience. We explained to them , however, they do not offer one more room keys. The water will come out to the ground during shower in the bathroom because of the design of the bath tube. It caused very wet bathroom floor. The front desk does not know that well of surrounding stores or markets which are important for people who stay longer at the hotel.

We booked this hotel with little expectation in the last minute effort. Two weeks later, we were glad that we chose this hotel. 1. the location is ideal - right next (across) to a big park (Dan An Forest Park), 2. the location is perfect - 5 mins walking distance to the Mass Rapid Transit (MRT), 3. the location is perfect - 15 mins walking distance to a traditional market (Dongmen Market) where you can enjoy Taiwan local cuisine (mainly breakfast and lunch), 4. the location is perfect - 1 mins walking distance to 7-11, a convenient store, and 8 mins to PX market which provides more items to choose, 5. this aged hotel just went thru some renovations recently, hence everything is new 6. the staff is very helpful and professional, 7. the price is very reasonable, My only suggestion to potential visitors is to choose the rooms number ends with 2, 3, 5, and 6. These rooms have a great view to the park. I will consider to stay in this place in the future and certainly recommend this hotel.

You could hear water from other rooms in the hotel through the drain in the bathroom. The sound was a bit annoying while trying to fall asleep but could be solved by closing the door.

Very friendly staff that is willing to help you. Also perfect location next to the metro station. Spacious room with comfortable beds and a nice bathroom.

Only downside of this hotel was sometimes the water did not go hot enough when showering. Everything else was excellent.

Everything was great. Clean, quiet, comfy, a good bathroom and toilet. Free water. What more do you need?
