The welcoming message via booking threw us off at the beginning. It seemed very strict, but don't let it put you off. Because our stay was great! Only the matrasses can be improved.

The atmosphere was great. The hostel was very clean. The manager helps you with everything you need. The breakfast was nice with some bread and fruits and great chocolade paste. Just 15 minute walk from the sea.

Best hostel I’ve stayed, the pictures do not do it justice! There is just something special about Dulan and the travel bug. Everyone ends up extending their stay or wishes they had. I was recommended this hostel by someone in passing and I will continue that trend and recommend it to anyone visiting the area

Great backpacker hostel in the small coastal town of Dulan! After many days of more typical Asian hostels (clean, comfy, hotel-style, minimal vibe) this was a perfect backpacker's getaway! It's very much no-frills, but the beds are comfy, the people are friendly, and there is a free breakfast! Highly recommend - just bring some earplugs for road noise!

It was an amazing time in Dulan. Everyone in the hostel was super friendly and lovely people to hang out with. It was also no problem to extend for one more night spontaneously. I'd always come back again.

There are a lot of very hungry mosquitoes, particularly in the kitchen and on the ground floor in general. It was hard to use that space even with mosquito repellent on because they were biting so much.

This is a spacious hostel with a large sitting room upstairs and plenty of large bathrooms. The female dormitory has a dedicated bathroom, and breakfast is great (bread with hummus, peanut butter, chocolate and coconut spreads, pineapple, coffee). The kitchen is fully equipped and there are a few stores close by that sell vegetables. The space is clean, the internet is reliable, and the location is amazing - a short walk away from the beach, next to the sugar factory, and a few doors down from the bus stop.

I really like this place! There is a chill area where you can work and meet other travelers, a kitchen with all the ammenities for cooking and free water. The location is very convenient, on the main road near restaurants and shops, beach is walk distance too. I will definitely stay here again whenever I'm back to Dulan

the bathroom looked a bit run down, but what you can expect from the price. it’s a bit far from the beach, but still worth it.

best value for the money!! such a cozy place, loved the vibe. my female dorm room had comfortable beds. the staff was friendly. adorable with many cute cats and instruments in the lobby. the breakfast was really good as well.

This was my third time staying here and first time alone. A great place for solo travellers to meet people in a friendly, welcoming, cool environment. They were so helpful and accommodating when I messaged them before my stay too. I have already commented on the facilities and staff in previous reviews, excellent! Looking forward to my next visit!

I was surprised how far the beach was from the town (about a 25 minute walk). Just something to keep in mind if you're planning to surf. Could easily rent surf boards from just across the street and they shuttle you down to the beach. If you're not coming to this area to surf, there isn't much else going on.

This is a great hostel and looks like the nicest one in the area. The common area is clean and has super cute cats that roam around. Staff were friendly and helpful and our room was bigger than I expected.
