The need to climb about two stories steps to reach our accommodation. It is very challenging with our luggage and during wet weather.

Breakfast was included and sufficient but taste wise not very good. Had a problem with an aggressive dog on the way to breakfast belonging to the hotel or a staff member. Staff member working next to the dog did not care at all. Even when we asked him to help. The dog was not just simply barking a bit. The breakfast was definitely not worth being chased by a dog.

Nice and clean room, reception staff very friendly. Loved the big bed and balcony. Got a free upgrade. The hotel is not freshly renovated but this should not stop you. Everything is in very good shape.

Toilet seat abit faulty, it bounces up once the person leaves the seat.

The heat roller that is available on the bed, keeps us warm! Hotpot dinner and breakfast buffet part of reservation. Family room have 2 bathrooms!

Rather stuffy on second level but fans were provided for each bed during summer. No aircondition but it was okay for a day stay. But it is normal for villas i have stayed in cing Jing previously probably due to geographical location. Would be better if the shower and toilet could be separated by a shower curtain to prevent the toilet from being wet as we are travelling as a family.

Superb views. Breakfast included, the soy milk was one of the best i had in Taiwan. The noodles are great too. Friendly staff and comfortable beds.

The cabin was tiny, smaller than I expected, and the bed was a mattress on the floor that while not uncomfortable, could have been more comfortable. The clerk who checked us in did not appear to be very experienced, and it took quite some time to get our rooms assigned and payment processed. They have an on-sight hot pot restaurant, and we wanted to have dinner there, but learned that you have to book at least a day in advance. They don't serve walk-in diners.

Cabins of various types set in a spacious wooded garden area. A variety of pleasant outdoor seating options in common areas. Great spaces to sit with friends and have a conversation over drinks. Good views from some parts of the property.

I booked the concrete tube room, which was cute and fun. BUT they only provided electric blanket, not heater in winter. So warm while in bed. Freezing once got out of bed , to change or use the bathroom/toilet. I would rather have a little fan heater than electric blanket.

Bad Internet, the front door lock was broken, the whirlpool tub didn't work and a picture on the website led me to believe there was a lake nearby and there wasn't. I don't recommend this place.

Humidity too high, towels don't dry. Lacking a heater or aircon to control the cold nights. Was surprised by a cockroach when I was packing my stuff. No view.

The room was run down, fly screen fell off when we open it to reach the balcony. The dining hall was more like a food canteen. Reception was not smart, full of sundry items , untidy. staff was eating at the reception while greeting guests.

Cold receptionist, room condition is quite rundown. Washing sink is stained. Pillows too soft, poor support. TV signal poor reception. Not worth the price to pay for the room.

the front desk lady was cold, and she didn’t even look at me during the entire checkout session. they have few buggy but they cannot help you with the luggage which is very high up from the drop off area. the interior was old and hardly consider well-maintained, it’s clean but it just too old and stained.

although I felt the entire stay was quite bad but the second morning me and my family was greeted by 2 housekeepers with smile, very warm and kind.
