We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

AustraliaTV did not work, need to have smart TVs so guests can connect to internet. Cell phones worked everywhere on Lanyu, but one of the most expensive accommodations uses poor satellite reception as excuse for TV not working.
Staff with good English and very helpful organizing rental car and visit to Toa old village.

United StatesAs part of my bicycling trip around Taiwan,I made a last minute decision to visit Lanyu Island. I'm glad I chose this homestay, as it's only minutes from the harbor. When I arrived, I was really seasick and it was extremely windy. I don't think I could've bicycled to a homestay further away. I was allowed to park the bicycle inside the building. The host explained everything there is to do on the island. He even allowed me to check-in early. My room has a nice view of the ocean. It was clean and comfortable. And it's right on top of a 7-11!

TaiwanThe bathroom (esp shower floor) was kinda dingy. It could use a good scrub or maybe a change in light bulb. It would be better if each room had its own boiler instead of having to walk to common area but not too much of an issue. The AC worked well. Also fyi, the bed is hard. It's fine if you're a back sleeper but impossible if you're a side sleeper.
The location to the ferry port and also the 7-Eleven and a BBQ restaurant are all super good. Esp when you've spent a whole day exploring and don't want to ride again just to get dinner or a water. Also it's good there's a table to sit around in the lobby to chill at. I liked the shower (hard water) that feels good on skin.

Extremely convenient location being located right next to the ferry terminal. Also having a well stocked 7-11 right next door. Great views from our windows. And the hosts went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and well provided for during our stay. My son accidentally left his hat in our rental car and the owner brought it to us at the ferry dock just before our departure. Such incredible service!

GermanyThey helped me booking the ferry, because I couldn't do it online. For paying the hotel you need cash. The Island has 3 ATM but one was in chinese and the other didn't wanted work with international Visa. They helped getting money via a line account and getting money for me. They also helped me to rent a scooter! Thank you very very much. The Hotel is a 5 minute walk away from the ferry station, and next is the 7 Eleven - it's not getting better :-)

Taiwanprobably the only compliant is the bed is more hard to sleep on ( cuz I’m more of a cushion type of person).
excellent location! the housekeeping was exceptional cool and very informative on where we should eat, visit and even had a drink with us ! can’t ask for more with this price. there is 7-11 next door to buy food if neeed. the room has amazing balcony view, you won’t regret it!
