The beds could have been a bit more comfortable. Not much else negative to say here!

Very pleasant atmosphere with the guests staying, the central layout definitely makes for pleasant interactions if that's what you're looking for. Staff was amazing - though I didn't get to see the owner, they were very accommodating to late arrivals. Storage for bike was fine in the lift entrance.

Top location, quiet but near the night market. I was travelling with my sister and we had the place to ourselves. Never met the owner but she was very responsive to our emails and via the chat. Impeccable cleanliness, plenty of snacks, 2 showers, beds with privacy curtains, lamp and power socket. Washing machine available for free, bring your own detergent tho !

The entrance was a bit dark in the alley, yet it’s a minute away from the big road.

It’s clean and equipped with all essentials. The common room provides snacks and tea bags. It’s quiet at night. We found it really homey and had a good night’s sleep.

At the time I was there, there was a construction site on the adjacent property that made a bunch of noise in the morning, but probably this will be completed fairly soon 

This place is in a really convenient location and it is spotlessly clean. When I stayed there, there were three or four other people in the place and it was very quiet at night, so I slept well.  the Internet service is blazingly fast I was getting about 400 Mbps. Staff really nice. When I was there, there was not much hanging around in the common space so it wasn’t a situation where you could learn from other travelers.  there is a table that is good for getting some work done on your computer.  snacks, water and tea are available for free.  I paid in cash rather than booking ahead of time.  I would definitely stay at this place again.

While there are reusable cups and plates available, it would be helpful to also have reusable eating utensils (forks, spoons) available so that guests do not rely on disposable utensils.

This is the most comfortable, relaxing, homey place I've stayed in. I extended my stay to a full week because it was such a nice place. They stock lots of different snacks (including bananas), cold drinks, treats, teas and coffees that are offered to guests for free. They even have face cleanser and toothpaste available to guests. There is free laundry upstairs, and the staff are super friendly and helpful. The bunk beds are solidly built in wood so there is minimal disturbance when people are moving, with curtains for privacy and a convenient electrical outlet. There is lots of space to store things, and lockers as well. The location is excellent! Miaokou night market and the train station are down the street, there are lots of restaurants, markets, museums and trails close by, and there are nearby bus stops. The internet is fast and reliable, and they play calming music.

The space is not fancy, but it is comfortable and homey. The water machine doesn't produce very cold water, but there is also a fridge with some water bottles in it for you to use.

Non-profit bee home is one of my favorite places to stay. It's not glamorous, per se, but the staff are incredibly kind, the place is clean and simple, there are a variety of snacks and a communal space, and there are toiletries and small towels provided. It is a lovely hostel experience, and the WiFi is reliable and it has a water machine. They also provide hangers if you need to hang belongings, and there are small lockers for valuables as well. The bathrooms are two single-stall wet bathrooms with provided shampoo and body wash, but there was also communal face wash and lotion.

In the evening and during the night no one is around and music was playing in the common room which we could also hear a little bit in the dorm.

Cute Hostel with just one room. very friendly people. They did not speak English and we didn’t speak Chinese. But they knew how to handle the situation and prepared notes with all the information for us. Snacks and drinks for free.

I think all bathrooms should include soap and more toilet paper. Also, the shared bathrooms weren't cleaned daily, maybe because it was the weekend? Seems necessary 🙏

The service was kind, got an upgrade to a private room with no extra charge. Fantastic location!

Hard mattress.

Hosts were really really nice people. As per other reviews, free snacks, instant noodle, coffee & tea. No microwave though. Free use of washing maching and laundry powder. Drying area provided. We booked the dorm but they kindly moved us into a private room (with shared bathroom) instead for no extra cost so I cannot comment on the dorm beds. Whilst it was very nice to be moved into the private room, it was two floors above the lounge area and only accessible by elevator so slightly inconvenient to keep going up & down. The other rooms on the floor we were on was also occupied by (I assume) long term residents who were there for work and the shared facilities weren't particularly kept clean during my stay.
