Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

Hotel Location is excellent for business travellers. TaiNex & subway is only a 20 minute walk from hotel . No Restaurant around but you can use FoodPanda for Delivery in your hotel room. Many restaurants are located behind TaiNext 2. Breakfasts is out standing and you can find a huge variety of Chinese and continental food. The hotel staff is very cooperative and all there to help you at their earliest. Taoyuan Airport is only a 45 minute drive. Private taxi from Airport arrival lounge charges TW$1300 while if you book a private car/taxi outside airport or from hotel to airport it only costs you TW$1000.

BulgariaEverything was good. May be the only small minus is that the taxis by mistake stops near the Fuji hotel, which is their neighbor.
The service, food, rooms and the hotel itself is very nice. There is a bus stop close to it and the the receptionists can call the taxi (which is cheap) and to wright the destination in Chinese, which is great option.

We stayed there on New Year's eve, it was overall an okay stay. It's a bit outside of the city, but there are often busses that go to the metro station. Travelling back and forth wasn't too bad.

United KingdomIt might be out of the way ( from the city centre) for some guests, but the location was convenient for my purposes. There was a little incident in the breakfast room, which was probably just chance, and I think the management will be addressing it. The weather was poor while I was there! Access to the room at 4 PM ( standard) is somewhat inconvenient, although in the end they let me enter a bit earlier. On the other hand, 12 PM check out time was quite useful
The staff were pleasant and very helpful; the price was competitive. It was reasonably close to where I was moving the next day ( for a conference). It didn't have a restaurant for dinner, but there were good restaurants in the hotel right next door. The forested hills rise right behind the hotel, which is pleasant.
