Staff were unfriendly and there was not much of a social vibe. Bar/bistro did not seem to be open during my stay.

Comfortable beds with lots of privacy, cosy duvets, good air conditioning. Convenient location near a night market and lots of bus connections.

Not really super clean but it was tolerable. Also no provided anything like toiletries, towel, etc. so just be prepared.

I arrived earlier than expected and I wanted to check-in earlier (additional day) because I was really tired and just needed to sleep, I just called the number and the staff I talked to easily accommodated my request, and sent someone to the hostel even tho they were still supposed to open at a later time. Also the person I talked to is able to communicate in English so I didn't have that hard of a time. It's accessible from a couple of bus stops.

The room was somehow small. When a traveler's suitcase lied on the way, we could only half open the door.

Their were a lot of places to put personal items, no matter in my rooms or the public shower rooms. That was really convenient. The common area was nice, clean, many seats there and providing alcohol.

But I don't like that the locker is kind of awkward to handle. If I made a small mistake of turning the knob and ever slightly to nudge or turn the dial for the Passcode. It would change the Passcode if I made that small mistake. So if the staff would remind us when we stayed in that would be nice. And the water in the bathroom was stagnant. Whenever I would shower, the water would seep outside of the door. And the water won't move anywhere. It's quite troublesome to change if the puddle of water is outside the door. I stayed in the boy dormitory of 8 at floor 6. Best of luck and I hope that you guys will keep on improving.

I liked that the price is very cheap. Plus the toilet is the best experience with the warm seat and warm water to wash your behind.😆

There are no communal facilities for use like what most hostels offer (e.g. fridge, microwave etc) except the drinking water machine. The ventilation of the shower rooms (was using Level 7's) leaves something to be desired. Smell is manageable when one is actually showering since using different-smelling soaps.

Lockers were big enough to store most of my stuff since the bed was just small enough for the actual bed and being seated on. Great location next to Yi Zhong Street for f&b, claw machines and more, there is a direct bus to Taichung HSR too.

The bed is not too clean and the communal space of the shared bathroom is a little dirty but probably it's because we're using it at late night.

The bunk beds in the 4-ppl room are firm. Basically, you won't feel shaky or hear a sound even if the person sleeping below is doing whatever. The facilities are nice and functioning. The bathroom has a dry and wet separated design which is good. The lobby area is nice.

Wifi didnt work properly in the dorm which is annoying. You have to put your own cover on the beds. The beds are dirty but its fine with the covers. The problem is the pillow cover, its just a sheet so after a nights sleep it falls down and your head is exposed to the dirty pillow.

Japanese style toilets, great location in city centre, nice looking and comfortable.

The staff is very considerate and helpful...they allow us to leave our luggage and pick it out even if its beyond the time of our stay. The place is near to bus stop, 7/11 store, night market and shopping area. We enjoyed our stay here..

really close to a big night market which is fun, but it is a little far from the train station (not a huge problem, but just so you know. the busses are free in this city (but you still need an EasyCard to scan) and google maps will tell you which ones to take). the facilities are high quality and very clean.

Nothing. There was some disruption but the management are very considerate and they moved me. On two occasions the locker combination seemed to change by one digit but I guessed it and was able to open the locker. The bottom bunks are a little cramped but adequate.

The key is a QR code that must be displayed one phones. Though the whole thing seemed cool and advanced, but it's quite annonying sometimes, like you have to bring your phone for shower. Once you locked your phone in the room, it's a little bother for me.

We stayed in the hostel for 3 beds, the environment vibes, lots of social facilities and spaces. The bathrooms are clean as well, but have to wait at peak time.
