Unexpected surprise experience, booked a Deluxe Twin Suite Room but was given an Executive Family Suite. Staffs is friendly, location is 5 mins away from metro station.

Big room. Worth the price. Interesting design rooms. Good to occupy kids. Level 3 is a play area for kids. Enjoyed breakfast and tea provided.

There was no bell boy who will help you with your luggage (at least when we checked in yesterday evening). We had to diy with our luggage. It can be rather inconvenient if you have many pieces of luggage with young children and elderly.

The location is great, 5-10min ride away from taoyuan International airporr. The hotel can help arrange taxi to the airport at fixed rate of NTD 200. Buffet breakfast was good too.

Booked a deluxe suite and it was the best value for my money in Taiwan; great price; Huge suite (bedroom, living room, eating room, bathroom); tub in bathroom; good channels on TV; hot shower; amazing breakfast; self-use laundry machine in hotel; gave evening treats for free; friendly and amazing staff; location close to two metro stops.

Slight unpleasant smell in common areas such as lift lobby area. Decor is a bit dated.. could do with a renovation.

The sunlight shone through the glass door of bathroom made us wake up earlier. Even though there is blind for the bathroom's window.

Staff is friendly. Our room is located at most upper floor which does not have much noise. It is very big room that includes a tatami space where I literally chat with my friend there for 3 hrs long. Bathroom is clean but we did not utilize the bathtub. Free hightea voucher is given which gives bonus to us while waiting for our room to be ready for check-in.

- repetitive Bruno Mars songs (piano version but still) during each and every breakfast and afternoon snacks

- design room with the “sports car”bed and Playstation ftw! - the room in general was very spacious (like two rooms in one + bathroom) and comfy - afternoon snacks (wide selection of drinks and sweet and salty snacks/cakes)

rain showerhead did not work but side sprays and handheld were fine. only one coin-operated somewhat small washer and dryer available on third floor, so if it was in use, you had to wait, but it was effective and detergent available for use.

hotel is located in central area, close to many food options and formosa MRT station. room is spacious and clean. breakfast buffet had wide variety and tasted good. bonus free afternoon tea and cake which was a nice surprise.

The bathroom had mold in the corners and along the wet areas. Bathroom was also much hotter and didn’t get great air circulation with the AC on (hence the mold). Bathroom needs to be renovated and deep cleaned. There are only two small elevators for the hotel and they’re pretty slow. The safe in the room had poor instructions and even after following them to the T multiple times, the alarm kept sounding.

The staff is amazing and really helpful. They heated up some leftovers for me and plated them before delivering to my room on a tray. It made such a big difference for me and was a great example of the staff. The living areas of the room were really nice and large. Located an easy 5-10 minute walk to the MRT station. Breakfast and happy hour were a nice bonus included with the room rate. Comfortable bed!
