The staff especially Miss Yan Zhang made me feel very welcome. I have stayed in different hotels over the years. She is the most Impressive one I have ever met. People like her makes me want to come back to Taiwan again.

WiFi was fast and it was easy to connect Close to Taipei 101 and a major shopping strip

Seriously,nothing bad about this hotel!

The location was excellent. Walking distance to train station, Taipei 101 and Sun Yat Sen Memorial plus surrounded with good places, malls and resto to eat. The room was large, spacious and complete with oven, microwave and fridge (plus with complentary beverages). The staff were always helpful and pleasant to deal with. Our family was very satisfied with the hotel service so we hope they will keep this up. Thank you for making our hotel stay so enjoyable!⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Could be more generous with the free beverage coupons at the Stand Cafebar. Two of us stayed for 5 nights but were issued only 4 coupons.

Good location, not too far from train station. Quiet without noisy crowd at this area. Hotel cafe has Happy hour in the evening for drinks and quiet resting. Courteous and friendly staff.

The room is very comfortable and spacious. The hotel reception and staff were friendly and helpful. We had the view of Taipei 101 from our window. Super convenient location to the Taipei City Hall MRT station, as well as to shopping and restaurants. Second time staying here and highly recommend.

The shower is big but is all tile, so the floor is very slippery when wet. The non-slippery mat provided was not big enough, we actually fell once and had to ask for one more non-slippery mat. Need to be careful about that. Also, the dryer is only 12 minutes each time and it doesn't dry very well like most the hotels.

Location is great, just across the Taipei City hall and like 5 minutes walk to the metro station, 10-15 minutes walk to Taipei 101. We really enjoyed sitting on the couch which is next to the big window that you can look out to see Taipei 101, very relaxing. Also, the little kitchen and dining table were convenient when we wanted to stay in. The room is big and comfortable, The bed and pillows are really comfortable. Also, they gave us 4 bottles of water, soft drink and ice cream every day, and free coffee coupon for weekdays. We will definitely come back

The location isn’t as fun as some of the areas that don’t have a lot of hotels, but it’s not far to get to some of the busier areas.

The bed was very comfortable. The room was spacious and had nice amenities. Very nice bathroom. Serene atmosphere! Staff was helpful and nice. Nespresso machine in the lobby made very nice cappuccinos!

Provide bathrobes…? The conditioner, tho a good brand, was difficult to empty. Better if in a tube.

Front desk personnel and lady at the happy hour bar were all friendly and helpful. Doormen too! Great happy hour 7-9pm w complimentary and nuts. Nice touch to hv complimentary drinks in the ref and chips/popcorm. Also the complimentary ice cream in freezer!
