Mattress was thin, so sleeping was a bit hard if you're used to European beds. Air-conditioning smelled weird if you left it on.

Capsule had everything you need. From lighting to outlet. Showers were clean. Staff super friendly. Direct in the city with tons of restaurants right out of the door

Not enough space if you have big luggage. No place to safely store big luggage. The only place they have is a lock cabinet, but some of cabinet were too high and can not be reached. Would have been better if there were more safe storage space. Most importantly the capsule can not be lock from outside, anybody can open the capsule at anytime. Another dislike is I found a hair on my bed when I first open my capsule…

Reasonable price for the value of the hotel. There wasn’t too many people so it was nice, quiet, and cozy. The bath and shower were also reasonably clean, with bath foam and shampoo provided. Would have been even better if there are towels.

Super easy checkin process a couple blocks away from the address. Friendly staff showed me to my room. The capsule is outfitted with everything you need inside and I found everything secure and clean.

Everything was fine. There aren't any complaints. There could be more hanging space to dry clothes or maybe guests should be encouraged to check their laundry more.

The capsule is nice , private, and has lots of useful things. There is laundry (will take coins , 15 minutes each and you will need at least 3 coins when if it's a small load on quick wash). Use of numbers to open most doors is convenient, capsule needs a card so only you can do it. The owners don't speak much 3nglsih but you should be fine.

Great location, right beside Ximen shopping district. The capsule itself was so fun and cute. The staff were super kind and responsive. Bathrooms were nice and clean. The laundry machine worked well as well. Well worth the low price!

No aircon inside, first night I did not let the air go into my capsule much, end up wake up in the morning very early due to hot. But the days after, i will only close my door before I am really go to bed. Then no hot after that. There are multiple of password you will need to remember/note down, the host will give you a card with the password. One of my roommates forgot the password and did not bring the card with her, end up she have to knock the door to request the people inside to open the door.

I love everything here. It is new and clean! It is very suitable for who travel alone. It has a small locker just beside the capsule. And the room is for female only, the host is very friendly, he will knock the door before bring me go in, however there is no one inside, i doubt the girls are enjoying outside🤭.

Disgusting place, they left dirty tissues in my bed and didn't even try to make it look like they cleaned it. Everything is grimy and looks like it has never been cleaned, there are bugs running around too. The capsule does not look like the pictures, mine was falling apart. People are very loud at all hours of the night, on phone calls and watching movies so it was impossible to sleep. I ended up changing accommodations for the rest of my stay, the hostel would not answer any of my complaints until days later. The check-in building is blocks away from the actual hostel which was difficult to find, and there isn't always someone there to help you.

Location was good, close to the main station and metro stations.
