15 minute walk to railway station but worth it.

This is as good as any 5 star hotel. Spacious room and bathroom. Features all modern conveniences. Breakfast is delivered to your room at a time you nominate. Very helpful staff. Free parking.

When we first entered the hotel, the whole lobby was empty except for us and the receptionist. Throughout the stay, we didn’t see anyone in the hotel at all! But the platform shows full house. Also, the way from the Miaoli Station was long, about 15 minutes. Advice to take a taxi at nt100. The receptionist was kind to call taxi for us to go strawberry farm and flying cow ranch.

The He-Jia Hotel was a very nice and cozy hotel with spacious rooms. The hotel is located near 全连 Supermarket so you can just drop by and grab some snacks before heading back. The hotel also had breakfast delivery, with the option of vegetarian. We tried both non vege and vege, almost the same. The toilet seat was a bidet and also included a bathtub. They also had a washing machine and a dryer for laundry.

It was a non smoking level however the hallway and room reeks of cigarette smell.

The room size and setup is good for family with kids. The bathroom is very spacious and comes with tea range of shampoos conditioner body wash and lotion.

Room was big, bed was very comfortable. We got breakfast which was nice as the staff was very punctual in delivering the food. Overall no complaints, toilet was spacious too. Will definitely stay here again if in Tong Luo.

There is no restaurant or beverage services. You must leave the hotel in order to get anything to eat or drink. There is no fitness center.

The staff were very personable and helpful, especially since I do not speak Mandarin. They went out of their way to make me feel welcome.

A very new building with very spacious room and toilet. They provide strong wifi and free laundry services. Overall hotel is clean and quiet. A special mention on 1 of the staff Mr Chunk which is very helpful and polite which make the stay even better.

Upon check-in, the staff asked if we would smoke. That made me think that they allow smoking in the rooms, so I asked about that and was reassured that all rooms were non-smoking. When we got to our room, it smelled of smoke and when turning on the a/c, it started to smell even more of smoke. We were traveling with kids and just too tired to ask for another room so we just dealt with it for that one night. We had already booked two more nights at the hotel later in our trip and decided to cancel because of the room conditions. We gave more than 3 days notice and the hotel refused to fully refund us. They only offered 50%. It is clear that they only care about money and not their customers.

Unfortunately because of health problems can’t visit the hotel. Despite being notified of my no-arrival due to the reason mentioned above, the hotel charged me for the entire stay and did not respond to another e-mail with explanations. I do not recommend.

Hotel is quite a distance from train station - takes about 10-15mins walk and one must know the direction to take. The recep staff was not able to provide much help on directions - claimed they were not locals and unfamiliar. We had to take taxis instead of busing to sightseeing spots.

It has a great location. supermarket and drug store are near by. Their shower room is really comfortable.
